Very nice hotel on the beach, very nice rooms, great pools. The service is very good. The only complaint we have is that the pool staff tried to cheat us out of getting a tip. We ordered a standard margarita from the drink menu and it simply added $6 for more expensive alcohol. First they said it was just the tax, then they were very rude and said we should now enjoy our good drink and took the 6 dollars back from the bill.

The Breakers is undeniably a stunning hotel with top-tier service, beautiful grounds, and luxurious amenities. However, for a resort of this caliber, I expected much better when it came to the dining options. Unfortunately, the food across the property was underwhelming—surprising for a luxury destination. I also wish there were more high-quality, organic, and gluten-free options available. For the price and prestige, the culinary experience should match the rest of the resort’s excellence. Hopefully, they make improvements in this area because everything else was truly exceptional.

The Breakers is truly in a class of its own. We’ve visited many times, and every stay has been nothing short of spectacular. From the moment you arrive, the service is impeccable—valet, front desk, and staff throughout the resort go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

The property itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, world-class pools, and a pristine beachfront. Our kids absolutely love the activities, from the family-friendly pools to the arcade, while we appreciate the relaxing atmosphere and top-tier dining options.

I expected so much more after years of seeing and reading about The Breakers. The property is beautiful, but unfortunately, the service is poor which is absolutely inexcusable at this price point. The hotel appears to cater to conferences and corporate events and those significantly detract from the experience of those visiting on holiday. We were there for four nights and during that time there were at least three multi day conferences fully occupying nearly all public spaces. Think: courtyards, lobbies and hallways all being used for business meetings or events. No thank you. ||The service is no where near five star. The rooms here start at $2000 a night in season. That should come with impeccable service and attention to detail. Instead, you are one of hundreds on premises with zero personalized attention, and little attention at that. We were never once remembered and addressed by name, there’s no one at the entrance to welcome you back to the hotel or ask how your excursions were, you queue up at the front desk for service, the concierge was not helpful in making reservations for our group, there are cots and old room service trays lining the halls, housekeeping is unreliable and when we asked for a paper at breakfast we were told where they could be purchased across the property. We reached out a day before our departure asking for help with our bags at a time the next day and for breastmilk stored in their freezer to be available at checkout. Thirty minutes past that time the next day I had to reach out to see if someone was coming to help with our bags and our breast milk having been “lost” nearly caused us to miss our flight. ||This hotel is simply too large to provide any personalized service or attention to detail. Come here for a drink and to see the beautiful pools and historic property, but stay elsewhere.

Having stayed in hotels all around the world, the Breakers Palm Beach is absolutely one of the nicest ones we have been to. There is literally nothing this hotel dines not have and the service that the staff provide is beyond five-stars. Every one of the restaurants were simply incredible. With a room that faced the ocean, the view was awesome. We have been to this hotel three times now and can’t wait to get back there again. Enjoy, Robert

I would rank this our best hotel stay; for me, surpassing even the Four Seasons. From check in to the end of our stay, everything was perfect- they really keep the guest experience in mind. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and our room was gorgeous. On site dining was nice, food was good, and we also shuttled off site to dine at their steakhouse one night, and their Asian inspired restaurant another night. The grounds are massive so you will get your steps in, and the spa was great! Our masseuses were top notch, and our facials were also good. There is beachfront seating alongside the hotel where can watch and listen to waves crashing against the shore- so amazingly peaceful. Special acknowledgment to Carina from the front desk; excellent customer service. She gave great pointers on things to do, and every time she saw us, we received a warm and genuine greeting. I would highly recommend this hotel- you won’t be disappointed.

We loved our waiter Shedreck! He went above and beyond to make our breakfast an amazing and phenomenal experience. Along with the other staff, he was outstanding and very personable! Our room was flawless with clean sheets, bathroom, and just all around a home-like feel! We look forward to coming back in May with our children and grandchildren!

My cousin just got married here and oh my goodness it was absolutely flawless- the food, the decorations, the band just everything was so perfect and by far the most epic wedding of my life. Hang out by the pool the next day and it was absolutely lovely.
