Legos everywhere...they have the basic sets, large sets, and special sets. Besides the sets, they have all kinds of other branded items as well, back packs, luggage, etc. They have something for everyone, and most any budget.

Wide range of Lego products. Helpful staff. Expensive. I think it's overpriced. Grandkids had a blast shopping. Really busy. Located in the park.

Great Experience! I visited Legoland just for this shop. Because I was looking for a lego set that was sold out everywhere else. I paid for the " 1 hr shoppers pass" which is the price of admission (that is refunded if you check in at the front within an hour), and was able to shop and check out well under an hour. Had to pay for parking, but all in all it was very worth it, they had everything well stocked and I found exactly what I was looking for.

Busy but good customer service. The Big Shop has a nice selection of Lego sets and other items but offers different promos than non-Legoland shops. They offer a discount for annual pass holders and VIP members but make sure you bring your VIP cards as they cannot look up your account via your email address.

Prices are significantly lower than at the Lego store, or even Ebay, on some higher ticket items... Awesome day out with my son and this was a perfect stop at the close of the day.

The shop was very clean and orderly. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The wonderful lady at checkout went so far as to get my son a paper towel for his rapidly melting ice cream cone due to the fact that the napkins had already succumb to the melty mess. THANK YOU!

Largest LEGO store in the southeast. LEGO, LEGO, LEGO. The store is inside the park, but there should offer a timed access and $FREE parking pass. Annual Pass members get a 10% discount, but LEGOLAND also gives a 5% discount to LEGO VIP members that cannot be combined with the 10% discount. They have unique LEGOLAND sets, plus LEGO-themed accessories not available in most LEGO stores.
