We had a wonderful experience at The Belgrove.

Our family stayed for 4 nights and absolutely felt so at home. The service was wonderful and the staff was so kind and considerate to us and our son. Nearly every single staff member was incredibly well-trained and friendly.

The pool was warm, and we found the poolside service to be friendly and efficient. Definitely be sure to order the tacos and sushi. Ethan was especially great! We loved how the staff offered floats, pool noodles, and squirt guns to our son and had full conversations with him, something that is fairly rare when traveling with a 4 year old.

We had dinner and breakfast at Society 48 several times and had fantastic service and food each time. Don’t miss the steel cut oats and fusili with clams!

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff never missed our room. Even on days when we were still getting ready while they were cleaning, we always came back to a stocked room and clean, made-up beds. The evening chocolates were such a lovely touch.

The fitness center was clean and had a fair amount of equipment, though I would love to see them add a Peloton bike. I did yoga twice while there and Leela was a wonderful instructor.

All in all, it felt to us that the Belgrove cut no corners and we would gladly return!

Disappointed, especially considering the steep price tag. While the hotel is clearly new, with its pristine pools, modern rooms, and well-kept grounds, the overall experience fails to justify the cost. Check-in was a frustrating ordeal, lasting nearly 45 minutes. The staff seemed inexperienced and unprepared—both the pool attendant and the barista at Starbucks got our orders wrong. There is no business center and the no self-park option is criminal. As platinum elite, we asked for a high floor only to get put on the first (really second) floor. Small mistakes and frustrations like these add up, and it felt like we were being nickel-and-dimed at every turn. To make matters worse, the room service and dining options were outrageously overpriced.

The hotel appears to prioritize aesthetics over functionality. While the furniture is undeniably stylish, comfort seems to have been an afterthought. The pool and balcony chairs, in particular, were eye-catching but uncomfortably designed, making it hard to relax and enjoy.

At its core, this is a nice property with potential. However, Marriott needs to focus on improving staff training and operational efficiency before positioning and marketing this as a top-tier destination. Moreover, they need to stop trying to extract every nickel and dime from its customers especially when the price point is already high. Right now, it feels more like a shiny facade lacking the substance to back up its premium price point.

This resort is stunning and the staff was very friendly and professional. The lobby has an amazing smell that quickly became something that had me lingering and starting to relax as soon as I arrived. I also visited the spa and had an amazing time with attentive service throughout my day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends looking for a family friendly or romantic getaway. You're so close to everything in West Palm Beach but you feel like you're a world away.

I must admit when we come to FL we love to be near the water but we discovered this new property by default and what a pleasant surprise. It looks like the golf and tennis facilities could be a big plus but that is not on our radar. The multiple pools are wonderful and you can feel the newness of the property. The plus is that it is also an Autograph which we love the “vibe” of the Autograph properties. What was also appreciated was the pre-pandemic luxuries of turndown service and nightly chocolates….something we haven’t seen anywhere in the last few years either in the USA or international. ||Kudos and 5+ stars to Ryan/concierge who navigated us through several questions and couldn’t have been more of an advocate for the property and its brand. Also thank you to Jacob at the front desk and Jamaria at the cafe who was helpful in recommending her favorite cookie to me (and I love sweets)…||We can’t wait to visit the property again. Our only possible helpful hints to anyone reading this review might be that because the property is landlocked it may get very hot in the summer and not have the ocean breeze cooling one down. The other issue I have is I wish the resort fee and mandatory valet fee would be combined in one fee. We do look forward to revisiting the beautiful new The Belgrove. It was a wonderful experience

My husband and I are staying here and we've been enjoying our stay. We've been working with Tara, the Director of Front office, and she's been extremely customer focused, helping us with any questions we had about the property. We r enjoying the spacious, well laid out pool area, the spa services, the gym, and the exceptional wait staff at the pool. Jacob has been a real joy to work with, and has bent over backwards to make us feel like king and Queen. The location is centrally located near some great restaurants. All in all, it's been a favorable experience and we will come back. Thanks to those that made it special: Jacob, Egypt, and Tara.

A great retreat for a girl's weekend or an escape with your husband or family.

We had a wonderful and relaxing girls weekend at the Belgrove! The resort is fresh, clean, modern and charming. The pool and spa were fantastic and the food was delicious by the pool and in the main restaurant. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and spotless, with every amenity you could need. But the best part of the property is the staff! From the moment we arrived Jacob at the front desk was truly delightful — he took time to make us feel welcome and we loved seeing him throughout our trip! Every member of the hotel staff we encountered was kind and helpful. We felt so pampered and welcome, it was a great getaway and we will 100% be back!

We stayed there in the beginning of February for a ladies weekend. It was a beautiful property with nice rooms and a lovely outdoor area with a beautiful pool, fire pit, and fountains. What stood out to me the most was the service. Jacob at the front desk provided exceptional customer service. He was extremely helpful and it made the difference in our stay. I also want to mention Kevin at the pool. He set up our chairs and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing day at the pool. I would definitely return to this property!

This is a beautiful new hotel we had the pleasure of staying in for 2 days. The minute you walk in you feel relaxed in the beauty and design of the entire property with the lush greenery and beautiful pool areas. All staff we encountered were so polite and helpful. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was delicious. One mishap in the restaurant and they went over and above to rectify even following up with a personal note in our room that evening. The resort and staff surpassed all of our expectations, and I must mention Jacob at the front desk as we checked out.. he was so helpful and really shows his dedication and desire for a guest to be completely satisfied and desire for us to come back again!! He was the cherry on top as we headed out!! We can’t wait to return. Thank you Belgrove for an amazing little getaway !!
