A great hang out spot with plenty of activities to do. We came for the axe throwing only. But also ended up playing shuffle board as well. Many bowling lanes and a kids play area to keep everyone occupied.

We are regular customers at the Alley and have noticed management change. I would say, this is one of the best bowling alley but recently I feel this place does not meet my expectations. And few issues need to be addressed.

First of all, the bathrooms are stinking from outside. By the way, we were there right when this placed opened on Sunday at noon. This is not the first time we’ve experienced bathroom stinking so much.

Today the floors were incredibly sticky. Another major concern is the lack of accessibility compliance with the screens for viewing the scores. They change the color of screen when the time is about to end. For estimated 15 minutes, it was neon screen and hard to view the count down of the timer and scores.

I hope the management takes steps for cleanliness and accessibility. My family enjoys the bowling alley, I just hope next time it’s better experience.

Truly an awesome experience. Clean, ample parking, great service, good food, good prices with lots to do. Great for b-day parties, family get out and get together and more. No solicitors so I felt comfortable bringing my children. Definitely need more places like this. 5⭐️

Took the family here yesterday. We bowled and played ping pong and jenga. The kids had a blast. The customer service could be better. The people working their have no empathy towards their customers nor do they smile. The Alley was full of families with kids and the workers all looked tired and hung over. Definitely, think that management needs to coach their employees on how to create a friendlier environment.

The wife and I did date night and it was great. We did an hour of ace throwing and then an hour of pool. We were able to order food when we checked in so it was delivered to us pretty quickly. The atmosphere is definitely fun. Pretty clean considering drunk people are there. We had fun with the games! The pool table and sticks were a bit rough but still playable. The ace throwing was fun but tbh I was a little scared of it the drunk people throwing next to us. The staff however was what made the evening fire! Jenelle and Ged checked us in and they clearly love their job. Super friendly, efficient and helpful. The staff kept the place clean after each group and were fun! The bartender Christina poured a great cocktail!

Overall would sooooo come back. They had a ton of other games (shuffle board, ping pong, connect 4, giant jenga, and bocce ball). The new Biergarten was closed which was a bummer but it was also 106 today so who would want to be outside. They also have an arcade for kids and a giant bowling alley!

Been here multiple times throughout the years. It’s had a lot of changes in positive directions. It seems as of late it’s become quite over priced and has little staff to assist. There always seems to be a single staff member at the counter. It has become a hassle to get a lane working properly as well.

I’m hoping they change it up or are able to get more staff during peak times.

This is a different kind of review, but I have to say something. I WAS going to take my twins to this place and see about booking their birthday party here, but I wanted to read the reviews first as I do with any new place I'm planning to go. OMG. I am completely appalled by the response of The Alley to someone's negative experience below. I have NEVER seen a business respond to someone that way. Instead of politely addressing their grievances and apologizing for their bad experience (as I've almost always seen a business do), the employee (I'm assuming a manager?) basically called the person a liar and a keyboard warrior lol. I have never seen such an aggressive response from a business and if I was the owner, I would immediately fire that person and do whatever I could to make it right. There is no way in hell I will booking their birthday party here now.
