Last minute I decided to get a new set of dice for a campaign I am starting tomorrow morning. I was happy to find this location opened late. I called in and spoke with the owner.

There was a really good energy with a couple groups of people playing Dungeons & Dragons. They were very friendly and helpful. The store inventory wasn't gigantic, I would say this is more of a place to play board games rather than a place to buy a lot of board game merchandise. Definitely a Cool vibe and a cozy area. A good public space to host D&D sessions for sure. Here's the dice i got;

I don't like giving bad reviews but when I have to find out you are closed after driving 40 minutes away ruins my day completely.

Smaller store but staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoyed hearing that the store has new partners along with a significant history in the area, open since 1988.

Like other reviews said, if you are not local avoid this place like the plague. Drove 40 minutes just to see it was closed even tho schedule says it’s open. Way to waste potential patrons’ time! Good thing I went to a couple of the more serious and actually professional shops up north while I was here, since I expected this could happen given the reviews

The store has a good quantity of games, you can expect to find the most popular boardgames, you could get some exclusive games but you have to wait a cuople of days. The Owner is a nice person he is willing to give you an advice and to be very patient.

I've been coming here for years and it use to be 5 stars. I have to update the rating now. The previous owner (brian a wonderful man who passed recently, but was terrible at business) left the store to his brother. Since then his brother has run off all the loyal clientele. We tried staying and supporting the store, but as much I try to continue to support the store, the new store owner Keith is, and has always been, continously rude and absent. The last 3 times I've been in the store I've gotten no service from anyone. I've sat waiting patiently with merchandise just to see the personell see me, or other customers, and not come out to help us or make our purchase. As much as I have tried to keep supporting the store in the memory of Brian. I just can't anymore. Especially when there is another store that exceedingly meets my needs and sometimes even anticipates them. Board game collection is great though.

Showed up at 2:30pm on a Sunday, website says it’s open. It was not. Really annoyed I drove all the way here and I couldn’t go inside.
