Never been treated so poorly by a customer service rep (Collin). I have 2 accounts with TekWav totaling over $300 per month for my internet service. There has been multiple outages recently and I was calling in to politely ask what they are doing to fix the problem. Collins response was “You aren’t having issues now? Your not having any issues today? There hasn’t been an outage in 3 weeks” with severe attitude like I was bothering him. Well Collin, there was 4 times since February 1st that I have called in and have been told there is an outage in my area. The 4 time frames in case you would like to look them up are 2/1, 2/12, 3/29 and 4/13. I only call TekWav when there is an issue and these were the 4 calls made. As a paying customer all I was asking was if you guys were working on fixing the recent issues as I have been a very happy customer of TekWav up until now. A simple explanation as to what the outages were and what has been done to fix them was a very simple ask. I work from my home as well as others in my family and these outages do cause a major problem. If they were a few minutes it’s fine, but when it’s hours it causes issues within. Little lesson in business and life. Answering a polite question with a polite answer would prevent a 1 star review as well as keep a customer who has referred you multiple times to continue doing so. I will be looking at other options in the area due to this. I have lost complete respect for this company thanks to this Collin character.

We have only had our Internet service with TekWave for a week and so far it has been very good. We have 3 TVs that use WiFi to stream plus our phones and computers are connected most of the time. Definitely better than what we had before.

Technician was super patient. Waited over an hour for my delayed closing on the house . Finally got the keys to get in, he still took his time too give me all of the options I could go with. Crawling into my attic hot and swetty. The man worked on my property as if it was his own . Some off the best service ever I tell you..

My only interactions with Customer Service have been excellent - twice during the installation process, and prompt, thorough responses about extending my service. I really appreciate the dependability, price point and stellar service. Highly recommend!

Wouldn’t hesitate to reach out if you’re interested in internet from Tek Wave. Wish I would have sooner. Great service, fast install from getting a next day appointment to having it done in a timely manner. Service has been spot on. Tech who came out was friendly and courteous. No complaints.
