From the first contact with Tampa Event Group to our last dance, and even several days after our wedding, I felt like we made the absolute best choice for our DJ / Entertainment. Their website and planning tools were the basis of my wedding planning. There were things I didn't even think of listed and gave me the opportunity and insight to be sure everything was covered. Rich provided timely responses and answered all of my questions. I was able to print timelines and event details to share with my coordinators and other vendors (all of which appreciated the attention to detail).
Let's talk about my DJ....DJ YAHOOO!! Lives up to his name. He gave me time and attention before the wedding and also some great suggestions and recommendations for the "day of". We worked together to maximize our time together. When I say he kept people on the dance floor, I mean it! I needed to pee so bad but it was one great song after another and I hated to leave the room. My guests all commented on his fun yet professional manner. DJ Yahooo was engaging and charismatic. He went above and beyond to help me help a guest that had a stroke be able to deliver his toast and another guest that is almost deaf to not miss a word that was said that night. We had the photo booth, Cold Sparklers and Dancing on the Clouds and our guests were amazed. My husband had no idea I added the sparklers and he was floored when the clouds started rolling in and the sparklers went off during our first dance. He now wants a cold sparkler machine for Christmas 🙂 Our photo booth was a hit as well. The attendant (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) helped guests pick their "attire" and accessories for the photos. The unlimited prints are the way to go, one for the guest and one for our keepsake. Guests are still messaging me saying this was the best wedding they've attended. I cannot thank Tampa Event Group and DJ YAHOOO enough for everything you did to make it everything I imagined it would be <3

I could not rave about Rich and his team enough! Rich DJed our vent and did AMAZING. My husband, our guests, and I had so much fun all night! If you are considering if the dancing on a cloud and cold sparklers are worth it, they 1000% are my guests absolutely loved it, and it made our first dance feel out of a movie! My guests also loved our photo booth, and I loved receiving all the photos afterward to have forever!

Rich and his crew were AMAZING!!! They were all attentive, detailed, friendly, respectful and fun!!! Rich was AWESOME! He was so engaging with not only with us the bride and groom, but also with our friends and family! Music was on pointe! I will recommend Tampa Event Group for every event! We were so happy with everything! Fusion Creates Meals, Eladia and her crew were AMAZING and the food was absolutely delicious!!!! Thank you for making our day special and fun! Rich was great communicating on our 50th birthday celebration . Very helpful recommending vendors and going along as we changed it up. Chris was a great DJ. Built times roundly our set list and kept the party dancing!!! Monica was a star at the Photo Booth. She helped everyone have a blast. Tampa Event DJs did a fantastic job for our special day! We worked directly with Rich, and he made sure our sound and lighting flowed effortlessly from ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We had the dancing on the clouds for our first dance, which was a great touch, as well at the photobooth which was a huge hit with our guests.

Rich and his team were absolutely amazing for our daughter's sweet 16 party. We had 110 guests and everyone, young and old had a great time. They are a class act with state of the art equipment, and they threw in a few extras for us. If you're looking for a top notch DJ for your party, I highly recommend Tampa Event DJ's. HIGHLY recommend hiring Rich for your next event. We hired him as the DJ for our wedding and he was incredible! As a vendor, Rich was helpful, easy to work with, and highly communicative. As a DJ, he made our party! The music was perfect and the lighting was beautiful. He was so quick about answering questions, and very willing to help us figure out the technical configurations for all of our requests. The price was fair and truly the experience was worth soooo much more. Get this bang for your buck and make your next party happen with Rich!
