TERRIBLECUTS! Terrible customer service.
Extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone who cares about their hair. Definitely not worth the time or money. See pictures posted of proof of how bad they mess up haircuts. They take no accountability for their mess ups and choose to blame the customer for terrible hair cuts. This place is a joke.

Juanita is amazing. I tell her how I would like my hair done and she makes it so very much prettier than I could imagine. I take my Son to her specifically now as well. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. I don’t just trust anyone to do my hair. I only get my hair done once every 20 years or so because I don’t trust just anybody. I will be going to her regularly now.

Hemet Supercuts is Great!
Been having my business since I moved to Hemet 10yrs ago.
Lauren is amazing and my go, to for 7yrs. Always remembers my cut without asking.
Entire staff is pleasant and talented.

Maria has a lovely personality and does a great job on cutting my difficult hair. I always get compliments on my haircut and it’s usually from people who cut hair themselves. Today no wait and shop clean and neat! Perfect day for a haircut!

First let me start with saying that Maria always cuts our hair beautifully and we appreciate her very much. My experience today was not the best we live in a rule area and got down into town about 4:30 PM. I called to check in and the woman that answered the phone, Julia said that they would be closing soon So I couldn’t check in. She put me on hold to speak to someone else about being able to check in and that person said no. I inform them that their website said that they are to be open until 5 PM. Julia then put me on hold again and then had me talk to Maria and Maria asked me how far away I was from the shop and I told her my location and she told me to come on in.
I understand that there is a closing time and the employees want to be out by that closing time but to deny service 30 minutes before closing is ridiculous!

I love the way Lauren cuts my hair. She is so sweet, patient, professional, and so positive all the time. As a disabled senior, I welcome all her qualities because I don’t move as fast as I use to. Thank you Lauren you are very much appreciated! When I left Supercuts I felt so much better! A great haircut makes your day!

My first visit,and the sweet and very beautiful,hair stylist was great and I wrote a post from last month I guess never posted so I'm back and she did a great job she does woman too so come on down reasonable prices too.
