Steve and Pete along with the store manager. They were awesome! Took the time to help me find a pin needed for a beach cart. The cart was missing a piece that clamped a front wheel. They tried different options, were friendly and helpful and did not quit until they found a solution! Great customer service!!!

I am a full-time Marco Island resident, and I shop at Sunshine Ace on a monthly if not weekly basis. I love the store, and I have had probably a hundred amazing interactions there. That said, today I encountered Carol as a cashier. She was astonishingly rude, and a terrible representation of this amazing store. I wanted to rave about Sunshine Ace, but also let it be known that Carol shouldn’t be customer facing. She is truly miserable. Someone must have hurt her.
