We had the best time!! Last year for my son’s party another company canceled on me 1 hour before people were supposed to arrive. Sunset bounce house responded right away, sent all the consents over within minutes of us talking and was so friendly setting up and taking down. Definitely will be using them going forward for all the events.

I wish I had thought to take pictures. However, it looks exactly like the pictures on the website. They take great care of the bouncy houses. They arrived early and ready to set up. They took care while bringing it in and during set up and break down. They came with extra hoses for those who may need it. It was a very easy ordering and payment process. The owners are super sweet and very affordable. Definitely will recommend this business to friends in the future.

Amazing customer service, punctual as a Swiss clock, fantastic quality!
Sunset Bounce was recommended by a good friend of our. From the beginning I was happy! They replied to me immediately, they worked with my budget, they have a contract to protect them selves and the customer. They required a deposit (completely understandable especially nowadays) and the rest of the balance was due once they set up the bounce/slide. They gave me a time the day before, then gave me a good 30 minutes notice on the day we scheduled. They arrived, they set up everything quickly, quietly and professionally. Gave us the instructions on what not to do on the water slide for safety and gave us a time on when they’ll pick it up. Truly happy and impressed by this company!
