Absolutely love this hidden gem off the beaten path in Marco Island but only minutes away from anything you need. The unit was really nicely appointed with beautiful stainless steel appliances with French Door Refrigerator, upgrraded stove top, microwave and dishwaher. It was very tastefully decorated and the furniture was very high quality and comfortble. It was so quiet it felt like you were the only one there but the parking lot was almost full so you knew that was not the case. The staff was amazing too. The Manager Paul was so incredible and accommodating. I had an out of state family issue while I was there and he was so accomodating to my needs. He was wonderful and a real asset to the resort. I love this place and can't wait to go back. Just so unexpected and amazed.

Very quaint, peaceful place and right on the water! The unit has the basics with a full kitchen and very was clean. Its a bit dated but very comfortable. Close to the everglades, boating and kayaking.

June is off-season, so there were little crowds. The manager is fantastic. She was totally helpful when asked. ||The facility was very calm and refreshing. There is a nice pool 3' to 6' deep and a hot tub. The dock has seating so one could just sit and watch the boats go by.||There are a few nice restaurants within walking distance.

The unit I stayed in was renovated but only one of the two showers were working but the lady at the front desk advised many of the units are still un renovated. This is really a bare bones timeshare resort with on the bay side and a drive to the beach. For some bizarre reason they call the place a resort and charge a $45 resort fee. The front desk was not open during scheduled open hours. So long as you’re ok with average and getting forced to pay the resort fee you should be ok.

Every unit at this resort has wonderful water views. It is not large- 20 units. It is not new. But everything is clean & works! The staff are all wonderful- very friendly & helpful!||Snook Inn is a short 5 minute walk. We had a great time! Very relaxing- nice heated pool & hot tub & boat dock & they even have a pontoon boat you can rent! So much fun!||They also have lots of bikes & a room with lots of games, puzzles & books!

A small but beautiful resort. Office staff is friendly. Pool and hot tub are great-but the views of Marco Bay are the winners here.

Absolutely wonderful place!! I can’t wait to come back!! The women in the office are wonderful, remember your names, very helpful! The rooms are darling, very clean and neat, have everything you need. The pool and pool deck are very nice. Complimentary bicycles are a nice touch! A pontoon boat is available at very reasonable rent cost and can be used to get to Keewaydin Island for a wonderful shelling adventure. Having a wonderful dock on which to lounge or fish or just watch the sunrise is a great plus! The views over the bay are gorgeous! Washer and dryer on premises. Close to restaurants, shopping, and beaches. We love this place!!

This resort is beautiful inside the rooms. Very well remodeled. Resort is only 25 room but you will be pleasantly surprised with the rooms. Pool and hot tub s what you would expect with this size resort. Adequate for resort size. Bikes are available. You may fish from the dock. Very calm and relaxing location. I recommend this resort. No washer/dryer in rooms.
