These guys are awesome!! I needed a mini ITX gaming build for a custom fold away desk that I made and Connor hooked me up! Walked out with a PC much better than I expected and at a price I probably would have paid for just the parts. The rig has been running great for a year+ now with no problems whatsoever. I went back yesterday to buy a curved monitor and now my dream setup is complete!...for now..😆

Good company. The staff are very polite and respectful. We just could not agree on a fair trade for both parties. Would recommend to check them out for parts or anything you need electronic wise!

EDIT: I received a phone call about an hour later to make a deal that benefited both parties. They were very easy to work with and understanding. Even threw in a free case. The employees are awesome and owner is equally just as awesome to speak/work with. Highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

Let's start out saying this is beyond the best business in town. Went in to buy more RAM for my computer. Ended up buying RAM and a new case. The store had provided beyond excellent pricing, better than online and any other store in Lake City. Along with the great prices, the employee I had encountered walked me through every step on how to set up the case due to being new to the process. I had additional questions a few days later regarding powering issues. The employee had inspected my PC and showed me how to properly wire the mother board. This store along with the amazing employees is mind blowing. Never been inside since recently and will definitely will be making all my future purchases at this stores. The employees offer cheap computer repair which is unknown in Lake City. I highly advise to give this business a chance, rather than giving it to online or other non local stores. Thank you StarTech and their employees for the assistance! Also, thank you to the employee for carrying out my PC out to my car after every transaction, no one else does that!

Most outstanding place for fixing problems of the tech kind. I spent endless hours trying to get my standby generator online. Took my router in to these guys they found a solution for my problem. Went home and my did a couple of suggested things from them. My generator got online in about 20 minutes. Now I can monitor it from anywhere. Great stuff guys. Thank you
