I just had to taste american Starbucks. To make sure it taste the same as south africa Starbucks. We'll I must say I love the American one more. They do alot more effort and the taste are sharper. And it is as I expected.

This location did not disappoint. Order was served in a timely manner. The Barista was pleasant and did not hesitate to give me 2 cups for my 2 doggo. I’ve been to a few locations around Little Rock. While I always enjoy the products. Customer service was lacking. I will definitely come back at this location. Keep up the good work!

This Starbucks location is great. All the employees are so friendly and always willing to help with the app or your points. Their drinks, of course, are always delicious. I would definitely recommend it. Just get the app so you can earn free food and drinks!!! A+++

It's been said that you can usually tell a lot about a place by simply observing the minor details. Well this held true at this particular Starbucks location. When I observed the condiment station, there wasn't the standard array of spices like nutmeg & cinnamon. I had to bring that to their attention.
The napkin dispenser also was found to linger empty, long before anyone decided to take notice & address.
I could be very harsh, but I'm going to take the high road and just say that this Starbucks location may be busy, but the staff was paying more attention to each other, goofing around, laughing loudly & cackling back and forth with each other, rather than keeping attentive customer service in the forefront of their minds. Poor customer service... and it shows!

This Starbucks is on the outside of shopping center is it's easy to get in and out . Every clean in the table section and very clean in restrooms and I did check. The staff was very friendly service was outstanding. Even wanted to know what song was playing on there intercom they searched and found the answer. Definitely go back again

Today my co-worker stop by the Jacksonville Ark. Location and got me my favorite drink. They messed up on my Pumpkin Spice by doing a cold one, but made a hot one and still messed up. I have had many Pumpkin Spice and this was the nasty one I have tasted. It wasn't because I get coconut with it. It just wasn't made right. We had tried to call the store about 5 to 6 times, but no answer. Hey Starbucks, you have the logo, " That first sip feeling" it wasn't?

So.... I ordered a large and medium pumpkin spice Latta.... large was mine medium 4 a friends. Was given a dpuble shot mocha nonfat for the medium. Why didn't I check? I don't drink friends coffees or think it's easy to mess up. Already at work so can't go back to get a refund or fix it. ?
