Incredible store with an amazing staff. We live in Southern OR and didn't have binding inserts for our 8yr old's bindings and called everywhere we could think of to try and find them for a Sunday trip to Shasta. The people there went above and beyond to find a fit for them, having to try many options to make it work. Great selection of gear and quick and easy access from the 5. Couldn't recommend this business enough!

The staff here knows their stuff. My brother recommended this shop to me and I got new snowboard boots and a helmet here. The staff (Elias) was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to get me everything I needed for the season. Top marks

After some research, we found them to have the best rental deals in town. I'm glad we picked to rent skis other than get them at the park because we are were able to get fit and pickup within a few minutes. They also have a solid selection of ski wear. Service was friendly. Not five because a professional ski person from the park said my skis were set to professional thus probably a reason why I had trouble moving and getting in and out.

I also appreciate they allow to pick up the day before and return the following day before 9am

Great selection of stuff gorgeous such a small town. Spendy, buy they really only carry the best brands. Everything is priced consistently with most items falling into the $50, $100, $200 and $300 and up category. I'm glad they are around. Building used to be a back and they still have the vault!

Crazy busy ski weekend so I decided to pre book after hours the night before to maybe get a chance at ski rentals for the family. Went in about an hour after opening & the place was packed. They had all hands on deck & flew through the line way faster than I thought possible. Staff was also helpful & knowledgeable on the types and sizes for the different levels of skiers/ boarders we had. All our stuff fit, worked great & we were out of there in less than 45 minutes with 4 of us! Returns were a breeze, quick and painless after long day on the slopes. Great staff & prices. Shop was also nice, stocked with just about anything you need. Will definitely be renting here in the future.

I have always had a beautiful experience at this shop until this year. I sent my niece in and she stood in line to rent gear and was very rudely asked to pull her mask up instead of the employee asking politely and asking if they have made their reservation online... we did not know that’s what the protocol was this year. After they waited in line is when they were told also very rudely that they had to rent online. The male associate was being very rude to all the employees with some kind of power trip. I will be letting all my family know how we were treated and we all come every year with a HUGE group which also gave a big chunk of money to this business that treated us poorly today. Thank you for your past business.

A reservation system the day before that reserves nothing. They make you wait in a long line then offer you boots 2 sizes too big then 1 size too big before telling you they don't have gear for you. Waste of everyone's time. No way I'll book here ever. Fifth season was happy to accommodate no lines no lies just down the street. Delayed my mountain time by 45 mins. Worst!
