I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely vacation rental near the beach, and I wanted to share my experience.

The rental is situated 15min walk from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for daily strolls or spontaneous beach outings. The surrounding area offers beautiful views and a relaxed atmosphere.

The apartment itself although dated, was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy feel. It was equipped with all the essentials, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and storage for our belongings. One of the highlights was the outdoor balcony, perfect for enjoying morning coffee.

Great location for a family vacation with beautiful beaches full of shells for shell collectors. Also great view of tiger tail beach. This location is close to numerous dining locations and shopping. There is a long walk to the shore from here, but the sand is hard leading to the soft shore sand so the walk is easy and pulling a beach cart is t that difficult. The rooms in this tower are modern and have all the conveniences of a new apartment.

The setting is beautiful (see picture) and our condos were both very nice. Would have given a 5 except… The pool is our issue. It closes at 6pm. You cannot have any food in the fence which is ok but the people enforcing it are rude. You are not allowed to have any balls. Children cannot jump from the edge of the pool into their parents arms. It is not kid friendly. They also charge $100 to park for a week per car. It is about a quarter mile walk to the beach but it seems most units have beach wagons available.

This is a nice clean place to stay and enjoy the area. This is a gated community and so there won't be a large amount of people who are not renting, living there, or visiting. The place that we stayed at was in the 4th tower on one of the higher floors and looks to have recnely been redone. The condo was modern on the inside with fantastic views of the oven and the bay. The only down side of this place and I'm saying down side because others will find it difficult at times is the distance from the condo to the main beach. It is a good 10 -15 min walk from the gate. It is a large beach and since you are walking a long ways, put sum screen on before you leave the condo. Also everything is locked, so make sure you bring your keys with you to go to the beach. See the pictures attached for an idea of how big the beach is and how long of a walk this will be.

Do you like rules? This may be the place for you. Do you like rules about everything with underlines, asterisks and exclamations? This is for sure the place for you! I am bot sure why the office staff are so grumpy, maybe it is because they have run out of things to regulate. Thankfully the access to tiger tail is great and our air bnb host could not be nicer. The view is great and parking, while absolutely punitively priced, is ample. The posted notices about fines for every little thing would make a karen feel karened. I suppose the upside is that things are clean and i have yet to be disturbed by the noise of children having fun in the pool

This is advertised as “beach front” more like lagoon front as it’s a half a mile walk to the beach AROUND the lagoon from tower 4. The woman working the guard booth is disgustingly rude and unprofessional to taxi drivers and guests. I tried contacting management in tower 3 which was a waste of time and they just gave me a number that no one answered. There is no hot tub. The last night staying of course the power went out leaving the condo to be 80 degrees. The building and pool are maintained well. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The condo we visited through VRBO was updated and fully stocked with things for the beach. The saltwater pool was very refreshing. You can’t eat near or around the pool, nor could you have water toys or balls to play with. This made it a little difficult since we had our three kids.

The service of the person at the front gate was not very helpful, and the manager at tower three seemed to be a bit negative as he spoke ill of another worker. The gym was surprisingly updated and nice!

The walk to the beach from when you touch the sand was unbearably far. Nonetheless it was a nice vacation for our family!
