When looking for a DJ for our wedding, Sound in Motion set us up with Andrew Rivas who was an absolute delight to work with. We always had great meetings discussing the type of music and the pacing of the night. We created playlists for each part of our wedding and Andrew used them for reference, providing more jams to keep the party going. As a Brazilian, it was super important for us to have Brazilian music. He arranged the order of the music so we had a mix of Brazilian and U.S. pop so people were always dancing on the dance floor. He also managed the mics for my husband and I and my husband's sister's harp during the ceremony. Everything went smoothly on the technical front. Overall, would definitely recommend SiM and Andrew in particular. Thanks, Andrew!

We had the honor and pleasure of working with Raffi and Sound in Motion for our wedding.

Raffi was so easy to work with, it was like meeting a friend from our past. We immediately hit it off and we even played a joke on my (then) fiance. Raffi asked what kind of music my fiance was into and after hearing it was hard core metal, he just had to have something loud playing when we met him for our first consultation. My fiance was in shock and we all had a good laugh at his expense. We were hooked.

Onto the wedding day...
Raffi not only made our ceremony and reception seamless but he did so effortlessly. You practice everything from the rehearsal to your vows but the DJ'ing is pretty much left out of your control. Well, I can honestly say we were in THE best possible hands.

Raffi was amazing! He's professional, courteous and just all around wonderful. His music was awesome and he was very accommodating.

We also rented a photo booth and up-lighting, which were both spectacular! Frank and Brian were super cool and very nice. We all had a great time being silly and they left me with an amazing photo booth album, that I will always cherish. It's also amazing that they provide you with a flash drive of all photos. So fun!
