This condominium complex is a wonderful location, close to everything The staff is very responsive and easy to communicate with. The amenities are perfect, with two beautiful pools, plenty of seating, and private beach access. The condo units come with a cage to store beach supplies, which is a nice touch for renters. The on-site parking is convenient and wheelchair accessible. Overall, it's a great place to stay

This is our fourth time here and it’s a wonderful location, close to everything! Brad was our host this time and was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Everything f was perfect. Two nice, beautiful pools with plenty of seating and private beach access. They also have 4 charcoal grills on site. Each condo comes with a cage that you can store beach supplies. If you are renting a condo, you’ll have access to these cages that are normally supplied with beach chairs, a wagon, umbrella, etc. Can’t wait to be back!

This was our second year spending a week at Somerset. The location is absolutely stunning, the grounds are beautiful, and our unit was outstanding. It is a very unique place, and one which we always look forward to visiting.

The grounds are well kept and the views from the balcony are great during the day and the evening sunsets. The white sand beach was not crowded. There is a security gate that is not always staffed, but there an access card you can use. There are restaurants and a carryout within a short walk. We rented a corner unit condo for a week and it was a quiet experience. During sea turtle season, you need to close your blinds at night.

Unit 714 is awesome! 3 bed 3 bath that has a well equipped kitchen and very child friendly atmosphere. We stayed for 7 days in 2024. We will book again!

We use to go to the outer banks for years, until a friend and coworker turned a onto Marco island. The white sand is not hot. First year we stayed at Ocean Beach resort which was fabulous. After the first year it was priced out of our comfort zone. We tried the Somerset and have been staying there for four years now. Somerset is awesome , it's safe ....gated. The condo is right on the beach. You need a key to access boardwalk to the private beach. The condo has most essentials for the beach.....chairs, umbrellas, games, beach toys wagons to haul the gear etc. Check with your owner to be sure of items for beach. Somerset is close to some excellent restaurants. Google Somerset condo Marco island vrbo and you can view the condos. If the beach is your paradise you can't go wrong with Somerset. They also have 2 built in pools. Parking garage. Have fun!!
