This is the best soccer store around. They carry all of the most wanted items. It feels like Christmas everytime we visit. My son loves it!

The two employees that were working in the store today, 7/19/22, at 12:00, were very rude. When trying to return a cleat, after having been told the store does not allow returns or exchanges on a cleat that was worn one time, my husband told the employee that he lost a customer, as it’s pretty upsetting to throw $100 away. One of the employee’s responses was, “Hopefully we’ll find a better customer.”

For the owner/manager of the store, I think you need to train your employees to not be disrespectful to your customers. And, as a courtesy to the customer, remind them when purchasing cleats, that they are non refundable and no exchanges if worn.

We have never had an issue with any of your employees before. Unfortunately, we will think twice before returning.

In response to the owner, we were simply trying to exchange, as the elastic on the cleat
is defective and does not hold your foot in place, which is a risk of injury. Maybe your Adidas rep can be contacted.
