I rarely give reviews, so when I do, I feel I have a good reason.
First off, the staff were all very helpful and courteous. Absolutely no issues whatever in that regards...however...
After deciding on my purchased item, some Adidas Turf shoes, which BTW within the displayed shoe and on the box was priced at $140, once I got to checkout I was informed that the price was actually $20 more. I seriously don't mind paying a higher price for a quality item, but then I was informed that the staff could not override the system to adjust the price according to what was one the box and item. I find this highly unprofessional and I will now find either another store or do my purchases online.

Unfortunately, the service is getting much worse. It was a very good soccer store, but it's not anymore. The price is not as listed on the check. Workers are so busy communicating with each other rather than helping customers. It's sad.

Fair Oaks Soccer Pro is an excellent soccer outlet. They have the best prices, customer service, and selection in Northern California. Whenever I visit family I always stop to pick up some Samba sneakers or new Arsenal gear. Thank you for your excellent customer service and extremely competitive prices. I’ll see you next time I’m back in the area.

Disappointed with the lack of deals at the store we used to love. No mark-downs, just high prices. The selection of kits is underwhelming, especially for LIGA MX and National Teams. Remember when we could snag 3 kits for a steal? Those days are long gone. The store has definitely changed since it was soccer pro.
