Virtual is new to many of us. And SmileSnap was there when we needed a platform to use for virtual consultations. Onboarding was extremely easy , user friendly, and I closed more cases than I thought possible. Of course Covid 19 caused some delays but always kept in the loop. They were just getting so many requests for this product, so delays were inevitable. But I was online in one week! I love it and will continue to use for virtuals!!! Treatment coordinators should really look into it!

Smilesnap has been such a blessing to our practice. We signed up at the start of COVID and we were able to accommodate so many patients virtually. There were a few other options we looked at, but this one was by far the most reasonable priced one. It really helped us diagnose what kind of treatment a patient was eligible for, without seeing them in person. With all the changes happening Smilesnap has helped us tremendously with the transition. If you are an orthodontic practice and you don't have this available, you are missing out.

The orthodontic virtual consultation was introduced to us about a year ago before covid and we were dragging our feet because of the unknown and thinking it was going to take a lot of training and time to get the program started and then covid hit! We were forced to think out of the box and start using the virtual platform because of the shutdown. We looked at several options but smilesnap was the one we chose and so glad we did! On boarding with Stacey B. was a breeze and after playing in the system and learning how to work the program it has been amazing and I am excited to have a new way of doing things in our new normal! I am the Treatment Coordinator for a large orthodontic office. We have been using SmileSnap as a way to help those who are interested in achieving a perfect smile but are hesitant to come into the office for an official consultation. I am thrilled we made this decision because we have been able to view uploaded photo's and give those interested a "mini consult" with estimate time in treatment as well as estimated costs. In doing so we have had many decide to come into the office for a consultation and get started on the road to a brighter, straighter smile. It's very fulfilling to watch the transformation and confidence it gives our patients. Thanks to SmileSnap we are able to reach those who otherwise would be apprehensive about making the step towards their "smile goals"!!

The customer service is poor. Once they signed you up and after the training, then they become disinterested. You cannot get a hold of a live technician to walk you through the integration process. I wanted to call in for questions but a person through chat box said that phone service is not available. I requested a ticket for followed-up support and I have not gotten a returned call for 3 days.
