The morning manager who worked at 8 am was very rude for someone who looks like a mazapan with lashes, I witnessed customers asking for help and freely giving their opinion and that bola de grasa was very rude!

Great parking, finding a shopping cart, finding the items I needed: a hot and ready rotisserie chicken, salad, salad items.The greeting cards sign says "All cards $1.99". I was skeptical about this but It's true! Even though the lower back of the greeting card has a printed price, the price, once scanned by the employee is still $1.99. The staff bagging my items was super helpful. I left happy about my entire shopping experience. Great job, Porterville Smart and Final! A+ 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏👍

I absolutely love this store. They have the most Friendly employees in town. My little 4 year old son is terrible and he just loves to have me chase him around the frozen meat section. Thank God that's there's Always a kind employee stolking up something and will smoothly grab my little Angel and hand him to me before I have a stroke. I love you guys. Oh and the prices are off the chain!

My review here would be higher but my main issue is long line and not enough people at the registers. I know it's for a reason to do these things but when the line reaches the back of the store, something should be done. All in all I like the store, I enjoy the bulk items and usually they are cheaper than some other stores. I wouldn't come here if you're on a schedule unless you don't mind the wait. Cashier's are really friendly and the store is always in stock

Saturday or Sunday mornings they got the longest lines I've ever ran into. But thank goodness the guys that work in the produce section are absolutely awesome, skinny guy with the glasses is the best, he's always helpful, let us know when things are going to be in and restocked, the cashiers are always pleasant. But the line sometimes, sticks. Thank goodness for good customer service at this place. Keep up the good work

I'm not a regular at smart and final at all nor do I post reviews, in this case I had to. An associate named FELISHA was the best cashier I've ever encountered. She is knowledgeable of the products in the store and directed me where I can find them. I'm most definitely going back and doing more shopping there....... hopefully she's there.

Always a great place to shop for groceries, even if you're not buying in bulk. They have a quality, fresh produce section, a good fresh meat section, and they have a better variety of frozen foods than other stores in town. Everything is very competitively priced. They do a good job of keeping their shelves stocked.
