Disappointing Experience at Sky Sports Trampoline Park – Not Worth the Money

We recently visited Sky Sports Trampoline Park for my granddaughter’s birthday, expecting a clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, our visit was far from what we had hoped for.

Overpriced & Misleading Birthday Package
We live about an hour and a half away and paid approximately $500 for a birthday party package, under the impression that it would include quality service and amenities. However, we were not allowed to bring outside food, except for the birthday cake. Upon arrival, we were surprised to learn that the venue provides outside food themselves—Papa John’s pizza and Capri Suns, neither of which they actually make on-site. If outside food is prohibited, why is it okay for them to bring it in?

The package included two small pizzas that were cold and unappetizing. To make matters worse, they even tried to charge us for water, which, in my opinion, should be included in a package of this price. Who pays hundreds of dollars for a birthday party and then has to buy water separately?

Unsanitary & Poorly Maintained Facility
The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, with a stench that resembled an unmaintained retirement home. The entire facility smelled horrible, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Many of the attractions and play areas were damaged or unsafe:

Basketball hoop padding was completely ripped out.
The slide was not functional, making it difficult for children to use.
Trampolines felt stiff and worn out.
The foam pit squares were torn and looked unsanitary.
It was clear that maintenance is not a priority for this facility, and that’s completely unacceptable for a place designed for children’s entertainment.

Lack of Customer Service & Accountability
We addressed our concerns with Marco, the assistant manager, and asked for a partial refund or discount due to the many issues and lack of quality service. Marco called someone, who simply stated that they would not be issuing any discounts despite the multiple grievances. It was disappointing to see such a lack of accountability and concern for customer satisfaction after we had spent a significant amount of money.

Final Thoughts
I rarely leave negative reviews, and I never want to see a business fail because people rely on these jobs. However, customer service should always be a priority, especially when families are spending hundreds of dollars for an experience that was worth no more than $2 worth of service.

This facility desperately needs a revamp, not only for cleanliness but also for customer service and transparency in their pricing. I will be doing my best to reach out to the owner to ensure that these issues are addressed. Until major improvements are made, I do NOT recommend booking a birthday party or visiting this location.

I don't frequent this play place HOWEVER from the first visit to our MOST recent visit there has been changes/upgrades which shows they're investing in the place to ensure guests are satisfied. I believe snack section, larger toddler to not so toddler to maze/rock climbing to the trampoline basketball and party sections were added from first most recent. Each visit supported our kids, family or party needs. YES it's a bit expensive and not a huge fan of the PLAY by hour however I get it, business wise. Place was clean, we HAD a great birthday fun (especially the pit & my little King LOVED the trampoline "basketball court") and staff was REALLY friendly & a great sport especially so close to closing (our little had to use it, last minute and the staff was SO accommodating & gracious). *note* Be reasonable with rating, cost has risen EVERYWHERE so giving a low star rating due to pricing is silly. YES express YOUR experience & yes share costs; accuracy is important for knowledge however be responsible & reasonable. I would recommend and will return. Happy 11th my beautiful baby; little King....I LOVE YOU!!!!

We had an "Ok" time. Their prices on drinks and chips is a Little too Pricey! 3$ for a bottle water and 3$ for a very small tiny bag of chips. More reviews from other guests will probably Agree 💯 And as a parent, if we're just keeping up with our children we should not have to take off our shoes if we are not in the immediate play area.
The last thing I will add, is that a lot of times when we take our children to a place like this, there is almost ALWAYS a kid or 3 that is in there Sick! If you or your child is sick, please 🙏🏼 don't bring them to a place where there are a lot of other kids. The establishment should check if a child is sick or not before they enter. But they want that $

Besides the prices on snacks and the sick kids in there playing, the place was not bad. My daughter enjoyed it.

You want to blow money? This is the place to go. You spend easy over 400 for a kids birthday and only get two hours of play time which they will not get due to eating and cutting the cake. Sadly they don’t do discounts to add more play time for the kids since I bought a bulk package for the birthday. I don’t recommend going here.

I have been going for years but now they are just mean and all the dumb policies don't make any sense if you want to go to the washroom you can't walk on the blue carpet you have to take your shoes off and then where them again outside the washroom is what the manager told me.
Just do a favor to yourself and find somewhere els and don't let them ruin your day

Today was our first time going here. It was for a birthday party. My daughter played for one hour and then they ate pizza and sang happing birthday for 30 minutes of the second hour. And then the rest 30 minutes she played. They have everything here from batting cages to a section where toddlers and preschoolers can play. It’s a very fun place for kids of all ages. They’re very clean and the customer service is good too. The only thing I don’t like is that there’s not a place closer to my house which is in the southeast side 45south and beltway. We have to drive an hour away. Other than that I love this place and will definitely recommend.

When this place first opened it was gross and squeaky. But NOW
This place is packed full of active places you can have fun.
I especially love that they have a toddler zone.
