Would give -0 stars if I could. By far the most dishonest and scamming companies I've EVER DEALT WITH!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! THEY WILL CRASH YOUR GAMES AND SAY YOU'VE ABORTED IT AND WON'T GIVE YOU BACK YOUR MONEY!

Was a long term player of a couple games that utilize the skillz matchmaking system. After many years of using their system I can honestly say that unfortunately they have some very unfair and corrupt tactics when playing for money. I went through a verification process because I was the top player in one of their games. They didn’t say anything about my account verification and just suspended my account first. I had to find out by sending multiple emails and reaching out. After verification my account was found to be in good standing, no cheating nothing. Shortly after they accused me of cheating. I asked them what they were talking about. All they did was copy and paste scrips and to read parts of their terms of service. After I agreed to their terms, which I already did, and was verified, that deactivated my account BUT, they took all my winning of around $700 dollars! I asked them why and nothing. I them continued to play and made about $300 again and they suspended my account again and banned me indefinitely. ALL I CAN SAY IS IF YOU PLAY FOR MONEY AND ARE PROFITABLE THEY WILL MOST LIKELY ACCUSE YOU OF SOMETHING AND TAKE ANY EARNINGS YOU HAVE. IF YOU LOSE AND HAVE TO MAKE DEPOSITS OF YOUR OWN MONEY THEN YOULL BE FINE. Very corrupt business model while completely lacking customer service. In addition, they advocate they are a business of fairness but they couldn’t be more unfair when it comes to their customer. They only service they offer is a way to connect you in order for you to lose money. Don’t plan on making money, they will leave you in the dust. SKILLZ, you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself as a company that preys on so many. If you look up Andrew Paradise, he’s the founder. Seems his main goal is money money money. Uses gambling tactics and creates a losing scheme to inevitably create profit. Absolutely, shameful and corrupt.

Made a $10 deposit then they asked for my email address and password. After trying to submit it they said my email address was already in use. They wouldn't accept my information. I used ut to play Skillz Blackout Bingo months ago. I called their customer service just to get a recording about giving them my email address an they will contact me that way. What a hell of a way to do busi9. The record3to me was rude also!

They did a 100 dollar withdrawl from my PayPal account without my consent then told me I would have to play the money threw once then I would be able to withdrawl any winnings. They should have just refunded the payment immediately weather it was done by accident in my pocket or by their deliberate doing it should have been refunded. After playing threw I put a request in for a withdrawl for the 30 something dollars that was left. Well rather than send it back to the paypal a ount the funds were withdrawn from they sent it to a closed account that doesnt even belong to me and have refused to do anything to rectify the situation and now have sent me an email stating that the matter will no longer be discussed and I will o longer receive any responses from them. How can a buisness that treats their customers the ones paying their Bills as if they dont matter to them at all they literally stole 100 dollars from me and now refuse to even respond. It's as if this company is being run by a bunch of illiterate sociopathic 5 year old children I sware they have no concept of what it takes to run a buisness. The endless stream of new customers is an illusion and without customer retention you are destined to fail whitch in this instance they way they run their customer service is probably not a bad thing

This company cheated me and took all my deposit and winning cash. I deposited upto $185 and played game with my 2 hands and brain. They easily accused me cheat and took all my money and no response after I emailed them more than 20 times.

I played my very first Skillz game almost 2 years ago (solitaire cube) and Ive been in Love ever since. I have to say that when I downioaded the first Skillz game I was sceptical about a couple of things. I of course wondered if it was legit so I vowed that I wouldn't deposit a dime of my money until I knew for sure. The funny thing is, It's been almost two years and I've still only deposited $5 because Skillz actually gives money for reaching different milestone while playing their games. I've read other reviews from people stating that they "didn't believe that they were competing against real players" They thought that Skillz was setting it up so they would lose. HA! I have never thought that. Not once because to me it seems obvious. You have a chance to chat with your opponent. And I've won many money games (lost some too) These games take a lot of practice to get good and sometimes they challenge you with a player that's just a tiny bit better ... ..Perfect. That's the only way you get better. I think I have 8 ganes that I rotate. It's my morning routine. Its how I wake myself up and become alert.

This is a great way to relax and a fun game to play! Just a few times it happened where I got kicked off a game I was playing but I was reimbursed right away after I let tech know of the issue. Never been harassed from any competitor. Define would recommend playing! Good Luck!🍀

Excellent experience overall. I have been playing on this app for a year and not only are the games fair as to who competes with whom, but their customer support is absolutely excellent. Any problems or glitches are taken care of with finese and quickly.
