Simple iPhone Repair - East Los Angeles, California

Whatever you do don’t even bother with this guy, such a waste of time. I take my iPhone to get my screen replaced around 10A, he tells me it’ll be ready by 3:30P. I get back at 4P. He’s isn’t even there. I call him and he says he had to go pick up his wife because his wife’s car got stolen as if it was my problem and he continues to tell me his business as if everything was my fault. I finally get my phone back at 6:30P. This guy literally wasted my time. He didn’t even repair the phone right, it was already giving me problems he says come back the next day, and so I go he wasn’t there again. 2 weeks later the screen went black, and so I had to take it back. Then he’s like “oh water got in”, and I told him, “man my other screen lasted way longer it hasn’t even been a month with the screen”. Then he’s like, “I have to give it back to my supplier so that I get reimbursed, in order to fix your screen.” And then says he would have to hold onto the iPhone screen (my phone) for 2-3 business days.

At this point you can only imagine how I feel. So please guys don’t waste your time with this jerk. $300 down the drain. Karma we’ll get him

Hi everyone! If you are looking for repairs for your devices, I highly recommend coming here! Enrique has repaired my sons phone several times and every time we get great customer service and very fast service time, for example if I was to try to go through my phones insurance, the repair was going to cost almost twice what Enrique charges and it would take two weeks to get my device back. When we did the repair here, we got it back the same day. 10/10 if I could give more stars I would!
