What a great experience! My sister and I are traveling cross-country in our car and needed a place to stay for the night. We got there and checked in with ease, then we were offered to stay in their newly renovated storage container for free! It was a great change of pace after sleeping in the car for a week. Clean facilities and safe area! Very attentive and kind people! Thanks again! 😁

My wife and I stayed here. Very nice, cozy, fully furnished with a kitchen and bathroom cabin. Real nice arrangement. The host was very hospitable. We went during New Years so many places were closed. Temp got down to mid 20's on our last day there. The window unit heater had no issues keeping it warm. Will definitely try go back in the spring.
FYI... this is suitable for a couple or family of 3. Family of 4 may be a little tight although it is doable.

Very nice park! Clean, has onsite laundry, food truck (excluding Monday/Tuesday). Very quiet. Owner was very nice and involved in upkeep. Nearby Caprock Canyon is a plus and has trails for hiking and biking. Several bison in the park. If the food truck is not open, there is a Malt Shop restaurant not too far up the road. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago. Nice clean park with very friendly and accommodating owner. I needed some work done on my truck and he gave me a recommendation which worked out perfect. I highly recommended staying here if you’re in the area. It’s just a block off the main east/west highway. Easy in and out. I had my fifth wheel so I didn’t use the rooms. But they look nice and clean from the outside.

My wife and I stayed in one of the cabins for two nights while we hiked Caprock Canyon. The cabin met all of our needs and then some. It was clean and supplied with everything we needed. The owners were friendly and helpful. The Philly cheesesteak and homemade fries we got from the food truck were delicious. All the appliances worked well. We would definitely stay there again.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 more stars for this campground; we had a wonderful stay! The cabin was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The grounds were well-maintained, inviting, and tidy. You can tell that the owners spent a lot thought, time, and care into the campgrounds. There was also a laundry facility on-site, which was convenient (bring quarters). From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt right at home thanks to the warm hospitality we received. The food truck on the premises was delicious, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner (SO GOOD!). There is a nearby Dollar General for any last-minute supplies. For RV folks, it's GoodSam friendly🚙. The location of Silverton makes it easy to get to other neighboring towns like Quitaque, where Caprock Canyon is located; there is so much to explore in this area; driving through the country roads was breathtaking, seeing all the different formations of the land. 🏞 We truly enjoyed our stay and will return in the future. 💖

We had a great experience here and stayed three nights. Nice level sites with full hookups and the owners are very friendly. The food trailer is also a big plus. I recommend the chicken fried steak sandwich and also the big breakfast. Both were awesome. There is a Dollar General close for anything you need. It is a great spillover from Caprock Canyon State Park which is normally full. Just a short drive to there or Lake Mackenzie. We highly recommend staying here.

Wife and I spent a single night here in our travel trailer. Very pleasant experience. While facility is pretty basic, everything is clean and well-maintained. The trailer pad is level. All the hookups were clean and complete. Snack at food trailer was reasonably priced. We'd come back...
