Wife and I came here for a 3 day stay while waiting on a cruise. Had a small issue with our room and they were super fast and attentive to fix it. Great location walking distance to places like lulus and senior frogs. Got to catch a drone show while on upper balcony. Just a great place for the price you pay!

We chose this resort for it's location. Being able to simply cross the road to access the beach was a huge plus. The resort staff were very friendly and helpful. We were offered the loan of a beach umbrella and a pair of chairs for our stay to avoid costly rentals on the beach. Our one bedroom unit was dated, as other reviewers have noted, but it was spacious and clean. Other than not having a cutting board available, the kitchen was sufficiently equipped and we always had access to a grill for us to prepare meals. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Silver Seas.

The facility was just okay. Exterior was well kept. Pool was clean and no chlorine used in pool. (I liked that.) Room furniture was acceptable. Not as clean as it could have been. Pots and pans were old and didn't sit on stove and handles were loose.

Small, kind of outdated resort with a fabulous location. A half a block from CVS to get any thing you needed. many many restaurants nearby. And right across the street from the ocean. Small heated pool. The staff was exceptional helping with any needs that you had.

Perfect location, extremely clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Parking space away from main road, perfect kitchen equipment, 1 minute walk to the beach, pool area and BBQs cleaned every day, towels very fluffy, beach towels for free and fresh every day if needed, best accomodations we had in 3 weeks of Florida travels.

My new favorite hotel in SoFlo! Staff is great. Location is excellent. Room was awesome. Pool is perfect. Only takes one minute to get from your room to the ocean!!! Zero complaints!
Added bonus: one of the managers/owners suggested checking out Peanut Island for snorkeling when we couldn't go in the ocean because it was too windy. Peanut Island was more fun than any snorkeling trip I've ever taken so many fish steps from the shore.
When I mentioned we wanted to go to a Florida spring, he also recommended Ginnie Springs as a stop on the way home, and it was a great suggestion, so glad we stayed at this hotel.
