We scheduled two service appointments in Redlands and were stood up each time with no notice or follow-up. Today I called Shred Nations, and Shred Nations immediately connected us with two providers. The one we selected (i-Shred) offered an immediate pickup, and they completed the job in less than two hours from my initial call.

Horrible service, horrible communication. Was promised a certain time frame at 2pm and got a phone call at 830am saying sorry we missed you. Never got a eta or courtesy call. Schedule for another day and again they just showed up and never called even though I asked for a eta call and they said they would. Horrible customer service calling the 1800 number too

Management is the most horrible; they don't care and talk about customers and drivers disrespectful, customer service speak very limited English and seem to be lost, hub dispatch and supervisers and customer service don't return phone calls and or emails, the company just overall don't care about anybody .

The company I work for has used Shred-It for several years and I'm pleased with their service. I had one bad driver assigned to my building for a brief time but it seems after completing a survey, I have a new driver. He, like most Shred-It drivers, was professional and courteous. He was also mindful of my time and not trying to rush in and out. I recommend their services.

We usually get the same person that comes to empty our bin, but all of the workers have always been courteous and friendly. They show up when they are supposed to, they're aware of their surroundings and don't bother any one as they are coming in or leaving the office.
