After going through so many demos with shop management softwares I became overwhelmed and didn’t even want to move forward anymore. That was until I met Kyle at shop boss and decided to give them a chance. I was blown away at how easy it was to use the system but I couldn’t have gotten to where I am today if it wasn’t for Kyle’s training. He’s super patient and understanding, he answered all my questions until I was fully knowledgeable on how to use it. At this point I can’t imagine ever switching to anyone else. Keep it up Kyle!

Very impressed with this company. My rep Frank Jones did an amazing job explaining the services they offer in great detail, and was able to tell me exactly how they are different from there competitors with absolutely no sales pressure. Been using the system for a little while and its working out really great for my needs. The onboarding process was very straightforward too and my trainer Raymi is fantastic. She is very patient and made sure I understand all the features and how they benefit me. Very satisfied customer. Great Job Shopboss!

As a powersports shop owner I am extremely happy with ShopBoss! We have used several other software management platforms for our business and ShopBoss blows them out of the water. Customer support is unparalleled. Anytime I have a question or need something I just give Krist a call and he takes care of it promptly, efficiently and not to mention with a great friendly attitude! No more talking to an AI Chat bot trying to get issues resolved! The software has so many features that are easily customizable. We really like the Shop Inspect feature that easily allows us to send pictures and video directly to our customers. To top it off, 360 Payments has excellent processing rates and integrates seamlessly with ShopBoss. This is all around the best automotive software we have found. We are so grateful to Khrist and the entire team that keeps our small business running flawlessly!

Inventory systems leave a lot to be desired.

Multiple times our inventory has been moved from maintain stock to not, losing inventory on hands. Have complained several times. No resolution. Bring up my frustrations on their fb page, deleted my comments and gave me a 30 day ban. Zero interest in assistance when their system causes real and tangible financial losses to a small shop business.

Extremely disappointed. And we have paid for their top tier premium software for years. Untenable lack of real and meaningful inventory management will cause me to not be able to move forward with this company. Considering options now.

I recently got Shop Boss as a pos system and have been impressed to say the least. I have used other systems before and shop boss definitely is the best I've seen. A special shout out to the support team as they do a fantastic job!!!

We have used Shop Boss for almost 4 years now. The software has tons of features, useful and easy integrations, & regular upgrades. Customer service is great! The entire system is conveniently web based. I highly recommend this program to anyone.
