There's no better fun than going on a brewery tour, right? I'm from Michigan and I love drinking Shiner Bock when I'm in Texas. A friend and I drove from San Antonio to Shiner to check out the Spoetzl Brewery. That's right, Shiner is the town, Spoetzl is the brewery. WE HAD A BLAST! Family friendly with food and entertainment available. They have a great memorabilia shop and don't forget to sample all their fine beers (and now distilled spirits). Worth the drive.

Had a wonderful experience here on 11/15/24.

From check-in with Terra to the tour with Erin, everything was great! The friendliness of the staff at the tap room, restaurant, and gift shop made for a very pleasant experience.

Oh, and the beer was GOOD! Had the Ruby Redbird for the first time and enjoyed it a lot!

The location and facilities were very beautiful and clean. Loved learning the history and process. It's great to know that the drink you enjoy has a great heart and mission.

I have gone to Shiner Brewery 2 times now, and each time has been amazing! (One with friends and the other one with family)

You start with a more or less expensive ticket to the museum that includes beer tokens!

After the included guided tour you start the real deal, drinking Shiner beer to the melodies of country live music.

There is a great gift shop and if you buy something they will give you a beer token and that means more beer!

Legendary brewery and a must see when visiting this part of Texas. Was short on time so ended skipping the brewery tour. Instead I spent time sampling the beers on tap, grabbing some souvenirs, and enjoying a Bratwurst on a pretzel bun on the patio. Seriously just stop in to see the place, you won’t regret it.

I’ve heard good stories about this brewery in Shiner. Well, finally had a chance to visit the place. I decided to do the brewery tour in advance. Once you get there, go the visitor center and check in. Sometimes you can go to an earlier tour if you want to. I would you recommend you get there early to see everything. Parking is limited and FREE. Try out the different beers, food, tours and the local band. A lot to offer!

Great detour any time we are traveling the I-10 corridor. The tour is great if you have time, but just having a break enjoying the Shiner yard is great. Good bbq and a cold Shiner, I mean what more could you want.

Came for my birthday did the tour and tried the food. Theres many reasons why i would recomend this place but i would never finish. The food is amazing and the vibes are outstanding. Ate the baked potato and the sausage they were both delicious and the types of beers...i wish this was closer to home.
