Yeah Bryce easily the best guy there, Nick pretty cool too. Overall best customer service in a card shop that I've seen and the whole atmosphere is real comforting and calm. Very kid friendly with lots of singles and bulk.

Bee and the gentleman at the front (unfortunately i didnt get his name) were very kind and helpful today while my boyfriend and I were christmas shopping C: they answered all of my questions, told me about upcoming events at the store, and gave some helpful recommendations!! i always love stopping by!

went to a tournament a few weeks ago, it was poorly managed.
organizers were incompetent and fumbled about the few times they answered any rules questions, had flat out incorrect rules for the tournament itself, and took forever to report match results correctly. no one even knew what prizes they were getting until the event was over.
patrons were allowed to freely vape in the play area even with children around, the constant vape also agitated my asthma.
staff were not as friendly, welcoming, or knowledgeable as other reviews made it seem!

This place is awesome, if you are looking for a hub of tabletop gaming for you and your family. The largest play space in the area, an abundance of card tables, very nicely built watgaming tables with enough terrain to allow full customization for any mapping set up desired. Near daily events for their trading card communities ranging from modern, commander, lorcana, pokemon, yughio, flesh and blood, pokemon, one peice and I'm sure I am missing some others.

Staff are kind and knowledgeable. They do tradeins at a fair rate and are upfront on what they can give you.

The cashier was very friendly. I was looking for a particular storage box, but he wasn't able to find any or knew when they'd be back in stock. They don't carry many games, but the space is huge which is great for hanging out with friends and socializing. I'd like to see a wider variety of games, but it's a nice place regardless and I'll probably be back next time I need to get more Dragon Shields and/or deck boxes.
