I wanted my battery replaced and the Marian store told me that i would need to bring my phone to the first. With the model number and the type of phone you would think that they would be able to order it. I went to Amazon's website and ordered it and it comes with a repair kit. $ 14.99

My daughter’s phone was broken and I took it here to be fixed. I assumed the issue was the glass front and back needed to be replaced. I took it here on a Wednesday and came back to get it on Friday. Not even 10 mins after leaving my daughter noticed that the phone would shut off after a few minutes. Further inspection we saw that the back of the phone wasn’t even completely sealed. Jonna who was the woman who fixed the phone said that it probably just needed to be updated. Others had this issue and that seemed to fix it. 24hrs later it is still not staying completely on. Jonna is saying that the issue is probably the motherboard and id need to pay for a new motherboard to solve the issue. You don’t think she’d be privy to this information before replacing the screen? Do you guys not do diagnostics? My daughter has a fixed front screen with a partial sealed back that shuts off every 5 minutes of use. The technician is unwilling to help despite her negligence. I do not recommend this place. Pictures attached are AFTER the phone was repaired. The back isn’t sealed which leaves room for dirt and debris to collect!!

I've been taking my electronics to John Washington for almost 20 years. I wouldn't take them to anyone else. Very professional and very polite. He's fixed everything from cell phone screens to computer virus's for me. Top notch and knowledgeable!

Was very pleased, was greeted politely and told of my problem l was assured he could fix it but had to order the part.
He received the part, fixed my phone and I was back in circulation...Always so thrilled to do business with honest, knowledgeable people who actually do what they promise.

What ever you do dont go to Computer & Technology Pros, Slide Wireless LLC
2822 FL-71 Ste B, Marianna, FL 32446. I went there 2 have the back replaced on my phone, even though Mr. John seemed nice I've been waiting 2 1/2 weeks for the part. First weeks wait was on part to come in ok he couldn't control that, but wouldn't return my calls to see if part was in. I stopped by & the part had come in but he ordered the wrong part. Been waiting a week in a half for right part, I've been calling but he wont answer his phone, voice mail or any text messages. I live 30 min from town, so I just waisted my time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SAD
