The staff here is amazing, friendly knowledgeable, and helpful. I’ve had nothing but a great experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Great access to the beach. Very good experience will be returning.

Been going to this reaort for last four years. Great location and the management is really accommodating. I stayed in unit 44 for the 4 years. The TV is in need of replacement since its so ild it has lines n dots in the picture. The couch as well is worn out and sags and really uncomfortable. But the stay with my family was enjoyable other than those two things.

Great spot right on the beach. The rooms were super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our two bedroom apartment had an ocean view and nice Oceanside patio. The staff was friendly and the resort, in general, had more of a home-like feel than a hotel. The only drawback was work being done on the parking lot. However, that will just make it better for the next visit.

What I wish I knew: Unit 46 - Vintage/Nostalgic means old. This unit needs a major update. The mattress is very hard, peeling wallpaper border, very dirty and worn carpet. Kitchen utensils mismatched and old (4 spoons). The efficiency units are closets to the highway and the road noise is loud. Bathroom is tiny. |The property itself is very well kept. The pool area and parking lots are free of trash. I did not visit the laundry room. Check in was easy. It is convenient to Publix and St. Armands Circle. |We would not stay here again. (married couple 60+ world travelers)

We found ourselves in a bad situation with another place we booked and one phone call to Lisa and she made are day! Same-day reservations! Our unit #20 was very nice! The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean! Plenty of towels, great tv and cable stations to choose from. We love this place and will definitely be back! Thank you Lisa for all you do!! We had a wonderful time thanks to you!!

Stayed 2 nights here in unit 42, and it was the highlight of my trip to Florida. I don't see how anyone can give this place a negative review. It was the perfect beachside apartment style room with everything I needed to enjoy a relaxing stay. The patio out back was perfect, and it led right to the gorgeous white sand beach! They even offer free chairs for the beach. Just be courteous and bring them back where you got them (most hotels charge extra for beach chairs). The staff was really friendly and even called me back quickly when I lost one of the hotel keys. She was also nice enough not to charge me for the missing key even though I was fully prepared to pay for a replacement. Thanks so much for an amazing stay, and I will definitely be back again!

Sea Club is right on the beach. Step out of your condo and you are less than a minute from the sand and surf. It is not luxurious by a long shot, but it’s homey and the managers are friendly and helpful. I would guess it is one of the least expensive places to stay on the beach. The pool is basic, but it’s heated in the winter and my grandkids were able to comfortably swim in late December.

My wife and I sadly left today ! |What a great property to stay at. |Firstly I will just state the few negative things to be balanced. |The front units parallel to gulf of Mexico drive get a little road noise. Not a terrible amount thankfully. |The units that are stacked you can sometimes hear the people above. Again not a huge concern. Just be aware of the potential. |Now for the great things ! |This place has access to a stretch of beautiful beach, just steps from your room. |There is an outside heated pool ! |While it was a little chilly for our liking. A few people were enjoying the pool during our stay . |There is a few gas grills on site to use if you desire. |My favorite part of the property is classic feel. It's not a mega resort . |Did I mention the awesome beach? |I would definitely recommend staying here. |
