We purchased two Como 4.0 IGH e-bikes from Cycle Sport. Andrew and his wife have an amazing company!!
Regardless of purchasing from out of state, their company took car of us just as if we had walked in the door.
Everett in Sales was great at helping me get everything set up and made sure the bikes were in stock. The online purchase is simple and quick. Lauren sent out excellent shipping and final set up instructions, Phinn and Jason boxed perfectly and had everything ready to go.
There were a couple of questions I had, they answered them and guided me through the final assembly steps and even helped with some minor bike display adjustments.

Ordered my new gravel bike online, delivered to Colorado. They had a killer price and I decided to take a risk and order just based on the pictures posted even though it was a large purchase. Glad I did! Bike arrived in great shape, plenty of packaging to protect, and came fast. Pictures were accurate and communication about assembly and shipping were great. Will be purchasing more bikes in the future!

Found the mountain bike I was looking for at the right price at Scotts Valley Cycle Sports. Really easy transaction and being in PA was not charged tax or shipping. Bonus! Excited to get the bike, quick build and then time to rip! Cheers to the great service and selection at Cycle Sports! Highly recommend.

I am Brazilian.
I planned on taking a cycle trip from Cleveland to Cincinnati via the Ohio to Erie Trail.
I planned the trip for 2 years.
To make the trip, I would have to buy a bicycle.
So, I bought a Specialized bike from the company's website. However, the company took weeks to confirm the purchase.
Finally, they canceled the purchase saying it was supposedly fraud.
Because of what happened, I almost canceled the trip.
Luckily, I found another bike shop that handled the sale professionally and everything went well from there.
I was quite disappointed!

I rolled in needing some help with a jammed chain and the staff was able to repair it right away and I was back on the road !
