This is the only place in Santa Cruz I will take my computers, I'm a gamer and love doing custom builds, and have built two computers so far with this shops help and both run flawlessly. They have done everything I've asked and then some, my most recent build is insane and the skills with the manual water-cooling is top-notch. On top of that, they are very fast and responsive and will work with you every step of the way! Can't recommend these guys enough!

My laptop started making loud screeching noises all of the sudden and I decided to take it here. I assumed it was something to do with my fan and was right. Diagnosis was free and the repair price was fair. Granted I didn't visit other places to compare prices.

Took time for the new fan parts to be delivered but that's not their fault. Got my laptop back fixed. Been a few months and the laptop is still working so I'd say it was a great succsess.
