Awesome experience! Perfect activity for family night out, so fun. Such friendly employees, Bobby and Jada helped, they guided us through the experience, explaining everything. We will definitely be back many more times.

We originally booked this for a Saturday and then found out the Friday night before that we wouldn’t be able to make it on time. They were so accommodating and switched our reservation to Sunday so we didn’t have to miss it.
My husband and son had so much fun and kept talking about how kind and professional Kyle was. This was such an extremely enjoyable experience for us that we are already planning our next visit. Look out Sandbox VR you will be seeing lots more of us!

10/10 experience! went with both my brothers to do the Phobia VR, it was great! Definitely scared the crap outta me but couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Very immersive and great quality gear. The video itself was good and then not to mention customer service. Erick was the employee helping us throughout our time in the store. He was great and super duper friendly. At the end going over the videos Erick and all of us were laughing it was awesome 🙂

We had a great time. First time experience and I enjoyed it . Brandon at Sandbox Louisville location was informative and helped me when I had my ankle monitors placed wrong. Couple times during the game he even asked if we needed help when my daughter mentioned she couldn’t see well. Will definitely go back again.
