Extremely Unprofessional Customer Service Experience

Today (12/10/2024) around 10AM, I visited Sam’s Club to return clothing. While processing my return, an Asian female associate at the customer service desk kept pushing me to apply for a Sam’s Club credit card. I politely declined, but she became visibly impatient.

After completing the return, she continued to pressure me, saying I could get 5% cash back on gas purchases if I signed up with my Social Security Number. I once again said I wasn’t interested. At that point, she abruptly called the next customer, even though my return process wasn’t fully completed.

I tried to ask her two questions related to my return, but she claimed she couldn’t understand me and repeatedly called for the next person, rushing me out of the line. Her dismissive and unprofessional attitude was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.

I hope Sam’s Club will take this feedback seriously and provide proper customer service training to ensure all customers are treated with respect and professionalism.

I ALWAYS GO THERE TO FILL UP MY GAS TANK....ITS JUST ANNOYING HOW PEOPLE ARE LAZY....WHEN IT COMES TO HAVING TO PULL THE GAS PUMP TO REACH THE OTHER SIDE OF THEIR CAR, INSTEAD THEYLL RATHER WAIT AND MAKE A BIG LINE TO HAVE THEIR GAS TANK FACING THE PUMP SIDE....PEOPLE ARE SLOW LAZY AND SLOW NOWADAYS

Always great prices at Sam’s Club gas station! Much cheaper than any other gas around with the exception of Costco. I do love the QR code on each pump to pay as well. The lines may look long but they move fast.

They have the best prices in the area. So, of course, there are several lines of cars waiting for gas. Approximately 8 - 10 lines. Each line may be 6 cars deep on a busy time of day. Your wait time for gas is usually 10 - 20 minutes at a busy time.

If you need air for your tires, there is usually no wait there. They also have an attendant if you need any help using your cards at the pump. No cash transactions available.
