Don't walk away...RUN!!! The presentation seemed sound so I went to sign up. They have no issue getting your credit card info for billing (the only way), then you go to a screen where you choose the state and area code to get a number. Only to find out that I cant get a phone number with my area code. I am in Columbus OHIO which is the 14th largest city in the USA. How in the world can someone offer a text messaging service with no ability to provide a local number? So now I have to cancel the service that I cant get and they make it impossible. Support states I have to log in and go to the billing. However, when I log in I am immediately directed to a page to choose a number that I cant get do to the area code and there is no way to navigate away from this page. At this point, it appears that SalesMsg is a scam.

I'm the CEO of a vocational training company. I use technology heavily. I would recommend SalesMSG for its SMS capabilities, but would not recommend it as a phone system. We experience chronic call dropping and system unresponsiveness. They seem to have limited internal resources, and promised bug fixes have been slower than communicated.

Totally disappointed with the service I received from Salesmsg. When I had the text messaging service all was good. But then I had a change and was going to cancel service all together. I received a message from Salesmsg stating they have a pay as you go plan. This way I could continue to use the service when I needed it. A few weeks later I log into my account only to receive a message "Account Closed." I reached out to Salesmsg and did NOT get a reply. No worries I contacted another company that values my business. For anyone looking for any type of product or service STOP paying for services to companies that don't value you as a customer.

My technical rep - David - was absolutely amazing! We recently changed carriers and needed to get a new number for our SMS/MMS. He was patient but diligent in working with the new providers team. He always answered all of my questions in a timely manner. This guy deserves a raise, just saying 😉

I think Salesmsg is a reasonably priced solution for the functionality provided. I like how the service is easy to set up and configure. Also integration with HubSpot was a breeze which is pretty cool to be able to send things like personalized appointment reminder texts through our marketing automation platform. There are some features that I would like to see such as the account owner/admin having access to see the conversations of the members. But overall a good product with support from a customer service department that is reachable and willing to followup.

Been using salesmsg to stay in touch with my clients and prospects for several years now. While email is great, the deliverability rates cannot be matched. Sales calls are much more efficient to schedule. Can honestly say the ability to instantly text my clients through this platform and then have the text thread automatically put into my client note section in infusionsoft has been a game changer. We've been using SalesMsg for several months now. We've integerated it with our HubSpot CRM. SalesMsg has been a valuable tool for us in reaching out to our clients.
