Rented a boat and had a blast. Thank you for letting us rent your boats. We had a wonderful day out on the water. They make it easy to rent. And adorable. Great staff and got to go to the ten thousand islands.

Paid upfront for a spot to keep my boat for a week. Remember there are no reservations so nothing is saved for when I came, I asked for one but they said not needed, just show up. Leaving 3 days early from vacation because of a hurricane. Informed them that I am leaving due to the hurricane and wondered if there is any refund for the days not used. No Refund. I think this is terrible business. I could see if they had reserved the spot for the week. I will look elsewhere if I ever come back.

Not what I expected to see at a Safe Harbor. When you compare to Newport or our Home Port in RI. It is not treated as well. I'm talking about atmosphere and overall appearance. The team on site was amazing super helpful and professional. They took the time to chat with us and offer guidance. I like the rod holders in the carts.

Very fast boatel retrieval and nice slips. Also a large list of charters and rental services to choose from. Friendly people and remember to get there early for live bait shrimp.
