Ryan helped us buy our first home in the Sacramento area this past fall. As first time home buyers, Ryan kept us informed throughout the entire process. He was not pushy and was very patient with us. Ryan is well connected and uses top-tier inspectors. We used his inspector recommendations plus our own second opinion inspectors, but his inspectors were much better than the ones we found on our own. Ryan is amazing! My wife and I sold our house with Ryan earlier this year and we couldn't be happier. He is an expert at what he does and did an outstanding job showing our house and communicating what was happening. We started looking for homes about 2 years ago in the Folsom/EDH/Granite Bay area. We met Ryan at an open house and didn't have an agent yet. He was super knowledgable about the home and we ended up chatting about what we were looking for. He heard our interests and became our contact. Every time we were in town wanting to look at homes, Ryan set us up with walk throughs. When a perfect looking home came on the market, we drove down and Ryan got us in with a walkthrough that day. I told him when we left, "Get us this house." Well, Ryan absolutely delivered! With the crazy housing market we were up against 7 offers after just 3 days of showings and no open house. Ryan kept constant communication with the sellers agent to keep us in the running and at the top of the pack. He was instrumental in crafting an offer that the buyers ended up really appreciating and ultimately accepting! If you know what you want, Ryan is the guy to get it for you. We couldn't be happier if we tried. We got our dream home because of Ryan's communication, tenacity, and excellent negotiating skills.
