Georgina Dalton was very professional in our initial search for an agent and later with our entire listing and sales process. We interviewed a few local agents before selecting her for our sale. She knew the market extremely well, coordinated some minor repairs on our behalf (second home so we were not there often enough to take care of that ourselves), staged the property so well we almost considered keeping it, and helped us negotiate the various offers we received until we finally accepted and sold. Our realtor is Kathy Lebrun-Jensen and she is amazing!! We are so pleased with her professionalism and follow through with the entire process. She works hard to answer all our questions including doing lots of research to get the correct answer. She is patient and really works to get the best house for you. She is very responsive and I would HIGHLY recommend her if you are in need of a realtor.

We our selling our home in Chesire and Blake Cain came with potential buyers. He contacted our agent to bring the potential buyers back to the house on a Sunday morning at 9 am. Our agent said the earliest was 11 am due to our schedule. He asked her to contact us to see if we would make an exception. After we did, he contacted our agent at 6 am Sunday am by email to let her know that they would reschedule for next weekend. Needless to say, we bent over backwards to accommodate him and his clients and have been shown the utmost disrespect. Not only did we accommodate him, he had the nerve to tell our agent that he was not disrespectful towards us and our time and that he did not care if his buyers purchased our house. This of course after he said the first time he was here that he "is going to see our house for us, because I'm that good". I would not suggest using this agent for anything!
