Hiring rtclown for our granddaughter's birthday party was the WORST decision I have ever made. Like many other fellow citizens of Manhattan Beach, I always prefer supporting local businesses, however we deeply regret choosing this company. Our sweet granddaughter Riley requested a princess themed party. After an initial consultation with Robin, it was decided that we would have three princesses come to our backyard with games and activities for the children and guests to play. It sounded lovely at first! Robin requested we pay her upfront- which we gladly did, and even left a generous tip! On the day of our granddaughters party, only TWO princesses showed up, NOT THREE, and with NO games or activities! Also, their equipment team member “felt sick”, last minute and was unable to set up our backyard with decor like we had originally planned. However, the day only continued to get worse. Despite having only two princesses show up, one of them was CLEARLY intoxicated with slurred speech and stumbling, while the other one was continuously walking out to her car on the street to have quick smoking breaks. The princesses stayed exactly 16 minutes over our scheduled time. Two days laters, rtclown inc sent us an extra bill for a shocking $250 dollars for the “character overtime” fee, all for those extra 16 minutes! The owner showed no remorse for their actions, and even blamed us for not giving them enough “time” to properly plan, despite us consulting literally months ahead! We are all so disappointed in this company. This is NOT an ethical business. Plan your birthday parties with literally any other service but this one.

Wow, just wow. Robin Charin the owner helped me put together a last minute event for my uncle's 50th birthday party earlier this year. Based on the turnout of the event, you would have thought it was planned months in advance. Her decorations were unbelievable, captivating the attention of all my guests. Her performers were also fantastic and interacted with the youngest of guests to the oldest. RT Clown made my event unforgettable, and their customer service makes them that much better!
