I really want to like these guys because they're really cool and nice in person, but they're refusing to refund a damaged disc and only offering me store credit.

All of my other Gamecube games work with no issues, it's only the one they gave me. I might not care if it was a cheaper game, but I'm out $70 for something that doesn't even work. I'm attaching a video of the game they sold me as well as proof that my other games are fine.

This place is AWESOME! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, and he’s an awesome dude. I highly recommend coming here! I went in to buy a PS1 console, and the owner went out of his way to upgrade the controller for free because he noticed I was buying Spyro, which requires a DualShock controller. Great prices, friendly staff, and awesome vibe!!

We live in Tennessee. Every year we come to Florida to see family and we ALWAYS stop in here. We game hunt in Tenn, Georgia, Alabama, and Florida. This is the best selection of retro, in box, and good condition items. Comparable prices and really nice owners. We WILL be coming back!

Amazing selection of games ranging from the Famicon, to every PlayStation and Xbox console, to Gameboy games and DS games. I've never seen a game store with this much variety, even with the figurines, jewelry, pop toys, accessories, cables, and so much more. Books and game manuals, it was awesome.

The design of the store is super cool too and they even have skateboards there and consoles for sale. Old consoles and new ones. Great shop. I was able to buy the cable needed to play my old guitar hero game on the Xbox 360.

If I can leave zero stars for this place I would. Was there yesterday to trade in some games. $15 store credit, ended up bringing a game that didn't work that was bought Sunday night. had to call to see if that credit went into my account for the next visit.
Because we didn’t agree with the no exchange return policy the owner did not want to put the store credit on my account sure I explained why we left the policy is crap the game was purchased less than 24 hours ago to keep customers coming in he should’ve been like “yeah no problem we can do it for you this time” and kindly say
“for the future we would have to do a trade” but no none of that was told just a greedy business owner who needs to look into how to speak and curve rules sometimes to keep your business going. Not say that they never had an issue with the policy when clearly they have they just don’t look at the reviews much.

Would've been a better score if the owner didn't rudely said they "don't have a buyer's remose policy" when asking what options they had available when trying to returning a game. I can't support a passive aggressive/rude owner, I'd much rather go to Cybertron Video Games where everyone is nice and the building is better maintained. The only positive was the employee who went out of her way to be nice and accommodating.

Holy s***, the greed here. Go to Cybertron Video Games. They actually care about their customers satisfaction. You can actually EXCHANGE a game you didn't like. Royal Empire Gaming will only offer you to trade in that game for dirt cheap, even if it was purchased from them 24 hours ago.... Greed.

Surprisingly bad policy on downloadable content included with games. I bought a game that had a code leaflet that made it a game of the year version. Paid 4 times as much to get that version. Code was already used so could not download it. Brought it back and they said tough luck can't help you. No apology or any help. Not cool guys.
