Great place for family entertainment. It has Bowling, TVs for sports events. Beer and Wine. With an amazing selection of arcade gaming for all the die hard gamers who still love the arcade. It is missing the retro games such as Mortal Kombat and Marvel Vs Capcom. It has treet Fighter.

I do have one suggestion Round 1. How about special Cards for autistic or disabled people so they can feel like they are playing the game as well. In which ex. The game maneuvers for them.

Great 1st time experience. Jennifer was a great attendant before and during games. She is a life saver as there was an error on our game set up and she was able to correct it. Very helpful and attentive.

Very large arcade featuring a variety of claw machines video games pool bowling and more. They also serve food and have a full bar. Like Dave & Busters on steroids.

I went to this place expecting good service because it was expensive, but I was very disappointed. The staff were rude and didn’t care about helping us.

From the start, the waiters and other workers were unfriendly and didn’t treat us well. We stayed for a long time, but no one tried to make us feel welcome or comfortable.

I was shocked by how rude they were. For the high price we paid, I expected at least polite and respectful service, but the staff acted like they didn’t want to be there.

I hope the owners see this and fix the problem. The staff’s behavior was terrible, and I won’t go back or tell anyone to visit this place.

Booked a karaoke room for two hours. Spent 1:30 hours troubleshooting the issues. In the end it did not work. The workers were nice and promised us to be compensated but the manager lady was not helpful or friendly at all. She let us know there is no compensation and only a refund. We wasted our time and were not compensated. Will not be coming back.

Do NOT have a party here. Worst party experience. We purchased a party package for our daughter's birthday to celebrate with her class. The package was supposed to include 2hours of unlimited game play in arcade for each of the kids attending our party. The game cards were delivered to us 35min late into the party, then come to find out the package we purchased only allows unlimited play for certain arcade games. Way to piss off a group 7year olds, Round1 - good work! Their fine print states in the party agreement states "unlimited arcade time for non redeemable games". There is NO further clarification as to what constitutes redeemable games is. Most of the games in the building are ticket redemption or claw machines.

The food and drinks were late, the liaison that we were told would be there for anything we needed was hardly ever seen. Every question we had, his response every time was "I need to talk to my manager." But the best part of the whole fiasco was the air conditioning in our private party room went out.

We do not recommend Round 1 for any type of experience. They are only out to take your money.
