I had 3 items and made 1 hour and 40min of line to pay. Only 3 cashiers open. Employees need to pick up the pace. It's not a surprise that their customers are mostly people from Mexico. Good for business yes, but they should figure something out to be able to smoothly check out customers quickly instead of having people wait almost 2 HOURS. I'm sure it's not the employees fault, they do their best but they need more cashiers open during the holidays.

Staff members here are nice and polite and very helpful
This place is busy everyday, especially late at night.
You often have to wait in a long line of 20-30 people before you can pay and leave. If you have stuff want to make a return, come here at day time ! Otherwise waste your time no worse it

I can't believe that people are vaping in front of me INSIDE of the store. Why is this permitted?! Also there's a long waiting line because there are only TWO cashiers!

HORRIBLE WAIT LINES AT CHECKOUT! Impossible going without wasting AT LEAST 1 hour at cashier line! If you're accompanied, first check the line and decide who's going to the store, meanwhile the other person is formed at line.
? Check out the most crowded hours here at GoogleMaps before going... or prepare your feet and back to wait hours to pay!
I've noticed this occurs at many Ross stores (not just AZ), but it's way more complicated at Nogales because it's more crowded.

Just bought some items and had issues with the credit card from ross so i had to take out aome items and a employee came to tell me that if i couldn't afford it i shouldn't have gotten anything off the shelf that now she has to put it back because of customers like me!

Other than that, it's a nice place to find good items. Really good prices but do go with time always a big line.

13 cashier lines, only two open lines. It pretty much off sets the discount if you have to wait till Monday to pay for your things!! And it's only tuesday!! Nothing against the poor cashiers I know it's out of u
