This was my first visit in person at Rooms To Go. I was immediately greeted kindly by Ms Bernadette. She welcomed me and asked what my interest was for today! She pointed me in the right direction and allowed me to walk and think without the desperate salesman attitude! Once I found what I liked, she told me about the products and helped me find other items to add flavor to what I selected!! Great experience!!

Rakesh is the best of help. When the iPad was showing something different he reached out to other employees for assistance. Even though the other employees seemed standoff from him. Not sure why, when he is so kind. We made sure that we bought our couch from him and only him. He made our experience ten times better. If we need to buy anything else it’ll be only with him. The furniture is everything we wanted and perfect delivery. Thanks again Rakesh!!!

Bernadette was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. There were a couple of managers that were very helpful as well. They all worked together to make sure my visit was a great one.
