This was my first visit in person at Rooms To Go. I was immediately greeted kindly by Ms Bernadette. She welcomed me and asked what my interest was for today! She pointed me in the right direction and allowed me to walk and think without the desperate salesman attitude! Once I found what I liked, she told me about the products and helped me find other items to add flavor to what I selected!! Great experience!!

We were blessed to have Rodney assist us. We were given the opportunity to look around the store on our own. Once we made our decision, we purchased the chair and were out the door in a timely manner. Will definitely go back. Thank you again Rodney for all your help!

Darby has been a great sales lady. Not only friendly and fun to shop with. She definitely knows her inventory and knew exactly what we wanted and needed. A great experience at rooms to go and even greater with her as our sales person. 5 stars for Darby!!

We had an amazing experience at Rooms To Go, thanks to Judy! She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, helping us choose the perfect sofa sectional for our home. Her expertise and understanding of the products and services made the process easy and enjoyable. We appreciate her excellent customer service and highly recommend working with her if you’re shopping here! Thank you, Judy!

Rakesh is the best of help. When the iPad was showing something different he reached out to other employees for assistance. Even though the other employees seemed standoff from him. Not sure why, when he is so kind. We made sure that we bought our couch from him and only him. He made our experience ten times better. If we need to buy anything else it’ll be only with him. The furniture is everything we wanted and perfect delivery. Thanks again Rakesh!!!

Bernadette was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. There were a couple of managers that were very helpful as well. They all worked together to make sure my visit was a great one. I am very pleased with their professionalism and knowledge to help me decide on the right furniture to meet my needs. I would definitely recommend and also go back for any home furnishing needs.

Darby is by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with! She was so delightful and courteous in helping me select a couch and chairs for my new great room. If you are in the Montgomery, AL, area, stop by and see her. You won’t regret it.

Rodney helped us today and was the best salesman. He was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us into purchasing anything. I would buy another couch from him again.
