Well manicured park. Level RV sites with crushed granite and a type of pea gravel contained in nice concrete boarders. Metal picnic style tables with iron supported shade. Ring fire pits & nice bbq grills. Lots of birds, deer, possum and fishing galore. Clean restroom facilities. Everything is newish. Some if the pics shows the aftermath if a sever storm with 50 mph winds and greater the evening if my arrival. Crews out early the next day to restore the park to its previous condition. I highly recommend this park.

The nicest park on Lake Somerville. Very well kept, clean bathrooms and showers. It has several spaces that are lake front. All sites have ample space with 50/30 amp and water for RV’s and 30/15 amp for tent camping. There are 2 pull through dump stations. I highly recommend this park.

We stayed 4 nights in our fifth wheel in site 59 right on the lake. Our site was spacious, but some of the lakefront sites are tighter. Site 52 has the best views & space, in our opinion. There is a low droning hum coming across the lake from perhaps the gas business across the lake. Great location to visit Brenham & College Station. We loved walking the lakeshore & trails either our dog.

Love this park! The spots are all great the water was really low when we went in September but it made for a beautiful sandy beach that you could walk for over a mile. Fun Geo cashing. Bathrooms are very clean and great water pressure and hot water. We’re headed back for New Years weekend! Can’t wait!

Although we only spent one night, this Park is immaculately kept. Plenty of trash dumpsters. I would've given five stars if the park sign would've been visible from the road on the approach to the turn. We'd definitely come back here.

The park is nice, has trails etc.
Don't recommend site 106, everyone uses it to access to water, they need a designated path, that doesn't go through somebody's camp site....

Campgrounds are nice. Minimal trash on the floor. Restrooms need maintenance. One shower head is broken. The fishing in the spots I went to were not great as I got zero bites. The stargazing is decent too. Dogs are allowed on a leash.
