It’s a good place for kids to use an adult to Champa. Perfect time for family in here and different kinds of exercise, jumping, playing Relaxing turn off song chair. Can you send rest for Massage and the kids playing but you have to pay for that there’s a vending machine you can buy something for fun or purchase. There is a climbing rock, climbing, jumping, and computer plays for kids. special socks for not slippery. so now you have to pay separately

BUY YOUR TICKETS ONLINE! I went there with 2 kids aged 4 and 2 years old. On the website said that kids that are 4 pays $25.99 and kids 2 and under are free if you get the standard pass for 90 min. I didn’t buy online and when I got there to purchase the tickets they charged me $36 for both kids, I was also charged for the 2 years old for 60 min of jumping… makes 0 sense… Lesson learned tho. I feel bad because the attendant could have said something and she didn’t. I would rather pay $26 for 90 minutes than $36 for 60 minutes.

good experience for your kids. however they make you sign a waiver and put in a bunch of personal information into a computer and they don't tell you what they do with it. shortly after visiting the trampoline park i started getting many many spam texts, emails, calls. they may not be selling the information but the system is definitely leaking your personal data

I assumed the ratings and reviews for this company were inaccurate but they are valid. If I was able to leave zero stars I would, it was that much of a disappointment. We had our foster son's birthday party at the Concord, California location and it was terrible from start to finish. Reserved VIP party area was not clean and unavailable for over an hour, no beverages served to the children until the room was available, the designated party host was pulled from the party numerous times to work other areas, and my son's gifts were left outside of an ongoing party and gifts were stolen. I sent 3 emails to explain the situation and it has been almost a month since the party and have yet to receive a response. There's no corporate phone number or email, only an "info@rockinjump" email that leads to no one. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, I regret not taking the advice from the other reviews. Please do your research on this place and see it for what it is, a SCAM!

Loved this place, very well-staffed, felt safe and clean. I took a nonverbal child with special needs and she had the time of her life; she was so happy and free! All of the staff were excellent - Leslie in particular really helped her navigate safely and have so much fun. Even the other children here were remarkably patient and kind. Can’t wait to take her back!

Hours are wrong. Came here on a Tuesday and it says online 11am-8pm. However their door says open at 3:30pm very disappointing
