Office staff are very responsive, explain very well what is needed to rent the equipment. The delivery staff were on time and set up the mechanical bull efficiently. Staff were friendly and made our 40th rodeo themed birthday celebration a very memorable night! The mechanical bull picture on the site does not do it justice. What I saw on the picture and what I got knocked out socks off. Very pleased with the whole experience!

Once again, RB did a fantastic job; Shawn and Robert were great with the setup, including getting a chuckle from my wife being a kid. The prices are reasonable, communication is good, and you get your house typically earlier than requested, which is a plus. If you have a wedding or an event and need rentals stop your search you have found your rental company! The booking process was very straightforward and with a quick phone call they got me over a quote quickly for everything I needed! All of the rental items looked great and had no damage. I even forgot to add on a few things and they said no problem and made a special trip out the morning of the event and got me taken care of. The delivery and set up staff was great and I felt like they actually loved their job and made the experience stress free especially when I have many other vendors that I have to worry about. This is the 2nd time I have used them for an event and I look forward to working with them again and again.
