We were looking to move from a distant location and Robbie was dedicated to understanding what we wanted to help us best make a home decision. She video taped each house we were interested in, and was able to give us the rundown on each home, knowing what we were looking for.

Robbie amazingly got us get into contract on a crazy home that needed a ton of work. She recommended a lender who offered creative financing, an insurance agent who worked hard to get us the best rate, and many other contractors and inspectors to ensure we knew the entire picture of our purchase. Robbie looked out for us when we didn't know any better. The seller provided a limited roof report, and their pest report didn't disclose any work. Thinking it was odd, Robbie personally called each vendor and got the full story: the inspections uncovered issues that they couldn't bid on because the repairs were so extensive. Robbie went to the house multiple times, meeting contractors when we couldn't, answering questions about the home when we were so far away. When we found out that the entire roof needed replacement, we decided it was beyond our comfort zone. Robbie undoubtedly saved us from making the worst decision of our lives.

Robbie is a rockstar!

This year, I suddenly had to sell my father's house after his passing. On top of the emotionally difficult time, it was a very complicated situation because I live in a different state, and because he had taken out a Reverse Mortgage on the home. I was reccommended to work with Robbie, and she made everything run as smoothly as possible.

She was extremely knowledgeable about working with probate, as well as about reverse mortgages. I've never bought or sold a home before, so I had no idea what I was doing, but she took the time to explain the whole process to me in a way I understood. There was even a few times that she got on the phone with me to help me through the paperwork.

Because of my being out of state, she did a lot of running around that definitely wasn't required of her, but turned out to be crucial in getting everything done.

There was a situation during the cleanup where a squatter was getting in through a broken lock, and she handled the situation very well. She had the locks changed promptly, and made sure the house had eyes on it. We made it out of that sitiation without any property damage or theft.

She was sensitive to the emotionally difficult situation I was in, in a way that I really needed. I accidentally left some important family photos behind at the house, and she had them mailed to me.

All that is to say, working with Robbie was the ideal situation for me. She came through in so many huge ways, and I'm so thankful. ❤️
