I booked my All Inclusive vacation with Riverside because they were recommended to me by a friend who used them in the past. Their communication was absolutely ON POINT throughout the entire process. They made the booking experience 100% stress free and got me SO MANY discounts on flights and the resort. I can't believe I've never used a travel agency in the past.
Mary got the ball rolling on everything as soon as I contacted her. When our flights got changed, she called us to notify us of the change immediately. She explained to me why it happened, and got us on the next available flight. I am still in shock about how easy this was for me. Absolutely stress free. I am so grateful for the help of Riverside Tours and Travel.
We are set to go on our 7 day vacation to Jamaica at an all inclusive resort this upcoming June and I cannot wait. I can't thank Mary and her competent, friendly, knowledgable crew enough.

I cannot say enough good things about Riverside Tours and Travel. Jennifer was our travel agent and she was AMAZING! She booked and coordinated our entire trip to Sandals Jamaica for our five year anniversary, she handled everything from start to finish all we had to do was show up with our passports and suitcases for an unforgettable stress free vacation. With the added rules and protocols with Covid she made the process a complete breeze for us. From finding the perfect flights, room, VIP airport lounge and the best deal on our trip. We will never book another vacation without Riverside Tours & Travel!
